We were able to provide our services for an important event we were invited to, at a last minutes notice, because of the impressive help from Sofia Gonzalez. Not only did she expedite the requested addition of the venue onto the insurance, in a time sensative manner, she communicated with such a posative attitude. It made the process extremely smooth and easy to complete. Her professionalism, and quick reaction time, allowed us to submit for our spot at the event, on time, and we now have an ongoing business opportunity with that same venue. I cannot say in words how much this means to me and the Imperial Valley Kettle Korn Chefs establishment. We thank you Kahlo Insurance Services, and especially give thanks to Sofia, for the extraordinary customer service she provided. Her outstanding work ethic showed on that day and we will never forget how she performed. Sofia Gonzalez deserves to be recognized for her stellar work and genuine care for the needs of people in the community.
