Attendant professionally greeted and opened the door for me. A bank representative meet me as soon as I walked in, walked me to her office, and adeptly processed my request for a cashier's check. When finished, she led me to the exit. Security was an athletic young man dressed in business casual. He courteously held the door open to let me out. I noticed several well dressed young men in the lobby, on the ready to offer assistance. There were no cattle ropes to guide me to a harried teller. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I was very well attended and secure in my banking experience. 15 MAR 19

I am a current client of Mark Nicholson. First, I think Mark's fees are reasonable, so I was…read morepleased with that. Second, he knows the system and what I like about him is that he will shoot it straight with you and tell you how he thinks things will play out. He definitely will not let the judge railroad you and will choose to fight battles wisely in order to better use your money and get the most out of the end result you want. Last, his staff are wonderful and helpful. They will post all court orders and legal documents in their portal so you can review it and are never left in the dark when you cannot see anything on Mycase. I feel that there are a lot of bad judges and prosecutors out there and you need someone like Mark who knows how to handle them and what to do if a judge abuses their discretion. I have a pending low level felony charge for Criminal Recklessness with a firearm, and I am 100% innocent of the charge. I believe I am being victimized by police and prosecutorial politics and agendas. They totally went on assumptions and made decisions not based upon real evidence-IMPD Detectives even did not share evidence that would support that I was not reckless just so they could get the judge to find probable cause. I am an Army veteran, and I cannot believe the police and prosecutors are doing this to me instead of going after real criminals and gang bangers.. Mark understands and believes in me. He is doing his best and I appreciate that, because other lawyers are so heavy with caseloads that they cannot put in the time that needs to be put in to win. Mark has and will. That is why he is my attorney. I know he cannot guarantee a result, but I feel a lot better with him in my corner.

The branch is new, very clean, and surprisingly spacious, which gives it a comfortable and modern feel as soon as you step inside. Even though it sits in a busy area with tons of nearby businesses, the interior never felt chaotic or overcrowded. The staff seemed organized and kept things moving smoothly during my visit. Parking was easy and there was plenty of room to get in and out without stress. The lobby felt safe, well maintained, and genuinely welcoming, which makes in-person banking a lot more enjoyable.
