The prices are too high sometimes by 100% over local competitors and FE is taking advantage of regular customers. What'sore the employees seem to think the customers aren't needed. Not a great business model. I have supported the business sometimes more than once a day and sometimes different locations but every day I am there spending money I could spend elsewhere. Sometimes when you overcharge people they don't complain, they just don't come back. If you feel you have too much traffic keep the prices where they are and allow the employees to run roughshod over the customers and that problem will take care of itself

The staff is very friendly and kind, including their in house "cook" Mark who makes a wicked good homemade chili. I can not wait to return and taste Mark's other contributions to cooler. This store is a couple miles away from the highway but the store itself is pretty large when it comes to shopping. This store was well organized and had a great variety of groceries for sale at great deals. The store is pretty quiet shockingly especially with the roads nearby that are so busy. Store is easy to navigate since a lot of the Fresh Thyme stores have the same layout. I'm surprised that there wasn't a lot of Halloween themed out on display like some of the other stores. Not an issue with me personally. The store had the energy drinks I was looking for too! Restrooms here are also pretty clean too. Staff here was very helpful. Overall, I was pretty satisfied with my visit. I will definitely return in the future.

I want to see clearance goods better labeled too and presented to ensure food waste is minimized. Grosses me out think about the abuse and manipulating price gouging across goods here then as stuff nears expiration it gets cut fifty percent, that should be the minimum to both assist farmers and producers who would rather the fruits of their labor reaches customers for free rather than the dumpster to compensate for the price gouging. It is really nice to see the new remodel do well here, brighter and well organized space, self checkouts are often closed though for no reason. The Kroger rewards program is sketch despite its advertising saying otherwise, gasoline discounts take a while to accumulate and rarely help save anything since other gas stations are cheaper just a mile away!
