i called Barbara when my house had quite honestly become out of control. i was overwhelmed by the…read moreamount i would need to do to get it up to snuff, and simply incapable of doing it all on my own. she answered the phone right away -- she actually was the only person i called who answered on the first try. i was brutally honest with her over the phone about the state of my house, because i didn't want to throw her any curve balls. i was really anxious that i'd end up just embarrassing myself and she wouldn't want to come clean for me, but she was kind and understanding. i called on Saturday, and we scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. she arrived promptly within the time frame she had given me. she stayed for 7 hours and did an absolutely incredible job. my home was completely transformed by Barbara. throughout the process, she not only treated me with dignity, kindness, and respect despite the truly disgusting state of my home, but she was really friendly and personable. we chatted a lot throughout the day about various things. when Barbara arrived yesterday, my home was a wreck where i honestly didn't feel it was safe to let my 1 year old down on the floor to run around and play. i'd either keep him on the couch with me or in his playpen when we were downstairs. by the time she left, he was excitedly toddling around with a huge smile on his face, completely in awe at the huge new space that had just been opened up to him. she didn't just clean my home, she vastly improved my and my children's quality of life, and went above and beyond to make my home livable again. i no longer feel overcome by anxiety when i look around my house. on top of all of that, her rates are VERY reasonable -- i honestly was in shock at the quote she gave me. i'll be having her over bi-weekly for as long as i possibly can, that's for sure. i honestly can't recommend her highly enough. thank you so much, Barbara!

Complete nonsense. When they reported they did clean inside, I clearly had a photo of what they meant by cleaning inside. I even extended the cleaning time by a further hour to allow them complete the deep clean. Disappointed by the overall experience. Solution offer to me was for cleaners to return. No good as I'd need to take more time off work to be there again for them to access...please DO NOT use!
