Truly a life-changing experience. Our dog, Helo, a 1.5 year mini Aussie, has had symptoms of…read moreaggression since he was a puppy. We've been through multiple trainers, including a 1 month boarding program, and all of his aggression problems have only gotten worse. Barking out of control, snapping at people and other dogs, and refusing to come when called anytime he got out of the house. Most recently, he bit a neighbor who helped catch him when he got out. We were worried we might be out of options, and were stressing daily about every interaction Helo had with other people. Marc and the team at 203k9 rebuilt our dog from the ground up. We went with the full month program, which was definitely the right call, because now we know that whether he's got a leash on or not, we're still in control. We visited Marc 3 times while he was in training, which allowed us to see the progress and learn as Helo was learning. Helo came home with the same spunky personality as before, but now we are able to quickly correct him when he starts showing any signs of losing his cool. He responds to all of our commands, even when outside without a leash on, which makes our lives way less stressful. One other great thing is that we have more 1-on-1 and group sessions coming up, both to refresh Helo's training and to give us the opportunity to ask more questions and learn new skills ourselves. Really couldn't be happier with our experience. Money very well spent, and knowing the results of "cheaper" programs, this is by far the best bang for the buck. Would have saved a lot of money by making this decision sooner. Thanks to Marc and everyone at 203k9!

We have taken everything from puppy class to advanced courses in competitive K9 sports. Teachers are wonderful. Fellow students are great. The club is clean and never smells like "dog". We have done well with our dog and her training at Port Chester Obedience Training Club. Just look at our little girl and what she has been able to accomplish in only 2 years of training.

Julius Caesar was rescued from an abusive home and was going to be put down because there was no room for him at the shelter. What started as a foster quickly became an adoption because we knew he needed our love and help. He was highly reactive and terrified of almost everything-- people, sounds, other animals, etc. It was almost impossible to calm him and get him to stop barking. We started at PCOTC and tried two different instructors, who were great, but there was no difference in Julius's behavior. I'm grateful we didn't give up because once we found Betsy and Alice, everything changed for the better. They understood him on a completely different level than other instructors. Their support and encouragement are what made his progress possible. After one year of their weekly classes, Julius has become his best self!! People think he's been medicated or simply a different dog because of how much he's changed!! He now gets excited to go to class, see all his friends, and show off his outfits. We couldn't be happier that he finally feels safe and comfortable in his own home. These extraordinary ladies deserve a RAISE and the fattest bonus because they helped us save our fur baby. Even though Julius doesn't need much training anymore, we plan to continue with Betsy and Alice's classes because we are beyond grateful for all they've done and enjoy watching him improve. So much love and appreciation for them both; thank you for working a true miracle

I was paired up with Rachel and my dog and I couldn't be happier. Over the past 8 classes, Sheldon has learned sit, down, stay, place, heel, wait, touch, and more! While Sheldon took some time to accept the concept of heel, Rachel was patient and positive as Sheldon learned the ropes. Rachel is always excited to see Sheldon and is upbeat and enthusiastic every week! She is always available for questions that arise between classes. I can't say enough positive things about K9 Off Leash Training or Rachel. I look forward to using this training company in the future. Thank you, Rachel!

I was concerned about the e collar and how Bailey would respond. She's a 5 month mini goldendoodle. Amber not only reassured me that Bailey would be fine but she also took the time to answer all of our questions. All the videos that Amber sent showing Baileys progress was amazing to see her learn! Bailey learned so much! It's been a week since she was in "school" and she continues to do well. Consistency, patience and discipline is key for any training program so my role is just as important. I definitely recommend Amber as a trainer. She showed genuine care and concern for Bailey. Thank you
