I was scared that due to the COVID19 outbreak I wasn't going to be able to be there with her at the end of her life but Dr. Mark and the team worked with us and were kind enough to put her to sleep in the back of my vehicle in their parking lot while she laid on her favorite bed in a comfortable and familiar surrounding. They were so accommodating and caring and Jersey passed very peacefully. They even got an ink imprint of her paw for is as a keepsake - what a beautiful touch on such a hard day. Then in the following days they sent a sympathy card signed by the doctor and all of the people who work at the clinic. What a first class operation. Thank you so much to the AVC for your excellent care in the years before Jersey's passing and on the day of. I'll never forget your kindness and how much you made us feel cared for.

Cold hard cement walls and floors, the "cell" I had to leave my dog in at drop off had paw print excrement on the floor from the previous pet. And, they quoted me one price prior to arrival, but charged me a higher one at check out. You will definitely want to tour this facility before dropping your pet there. I certainly wish I had done that as I never would have left her there at all.

She is more reasonably priced than all other vets in the area! She obviously cares about animals and will hold others responsible for how they treat their animals! First off, she Rudely told my mom who is 77 years old she would not and asked why she is getting rid of him. My mom told her that Charlie was her daughters cat (which is me) and I moved to the cities and could not take Charlie with me. My mom at that time was more than willing to keep Charlie because the was such a good kitty. This aweful, overly judgemental vet Bridget King told my Mom that she should be so mad at me for living my cat and that I was sneaky on the way I did it and that a good daughter would not do such a thing. Second thing...Bridget King, how dare you judge others like you are all knowing!! Only God can judge and I will say your so far far away being God! Furthermore, you have no idea what the circumstances were at that time and it killed me to leave my Charlie! Also, I am extremely upset with you upsetting my mother! Again, who do you think you are. I lived up there for 13 years and I was told right off the bat from MANY PEOPLE, do NOT take your pets to that women in Aldrich! Wow, I am still amazed that you are even in business still with that kind of judgemental attitude where you have absolutely no idea of the situation at time!!!! You are a bitter women in my book and even though I don't live in the area anymore, but I want it to be known how you treated my mom and upset her and made me upset and frustrated by your actions!! My suggestion to you is start praying to God and ask for forgiveness. Kindness is definitely not your strong suit, but with the help of God he can give you grace!

I understand it was an oversight on my part, but after driving 1.5 hours from our home and no where for one of the two dogs to go for the weekend, she could have been more accommodating, suggested another place, recommended a vet to get this specific vaccination, etc. I asked what we could do or make an exception and the lady was very rude and said "nothing, she can't stay here". This woman did NOT want either of our dogs at her facility regardless of them having the appropriate vaccinations or not. Upon walking in, it smelled like cigarettes, they did not greet me, and she stopped me from informing her employee of instructions about our dog, as she was calling my vet to get more information on her vaccinations. It was evident we were inconveniencing her. We're glad it worked out how it did, because we would not have felt comfortable leaving our dogs with her. I can't believe she cares for animals considering how she treats humans WHO PAY HER MONEY to take care of their animals. I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home for your loved four-legged friends, because they won't be loved.
