My husband and I were looking for a Syrian hamster and we asked to see the hamsters and she told us that we weren't allowed to interact with the animals and that it was store policy. We were allowed to purchase one if we liked the way they looked. I know that everyone is different - but I need to interact with the animal that is going to be a part of my family for the whole of it's life. It just struck me as a terrible store policy. The customer service was not to my liking - not because of the person who helped us, but because of the store's policy. I think customers should be asked to use hand sanitizer and be supervised the whole time - that's normal for a pet store. Who can find the right pet just by looking at it? I don't know, but I'm just not that person. I can't recommend this store - at least not for finding your forever family member.

It took me months to be able to brush her without trauma and drama. I don't know what this groomer did to my cocker to cause the fear she now has for going to a groomer but something happened. She said my cocker tried to bite her. That was definitely a first for Hannah. I couldn't get get an answer as what occurred to cause Hannah to try and bite. Fortunately I was able to find a groomer who has helped Hannah work thru her fear.

I was allowed to view the facility beforehand and was impressed with the setting and cleanliness. The care and comfort for our boys. They have never stayed overnight in boarding before and my Yorkie and I had NEVER been apart before, so I was a little nervous but the staff was wonderful in answering my questions and even sent me a picture of my babies at my request. Many of the volunteers on staff have completely built their lives around being able to care for animals in need. There is a fun and quirky thrift store on-site and the proceeds all go to funding the ranch and the sweet animals who live there. I have even found a vintage Pendleton flannel there for just a couple of bucks! In any of the Las Vegas vintage shops I would have paid at least $30- such a great deal! I would absolutely recommend paying a visit to West Star Ranch whether it's to find your next furry best friend or find some treasures to purchase knowing you're supporting a great cause.

The awesome staff at VCA Mountain Vista…read morearranged for my 4 legged BFF's cremation with Pet Cremation Services and this is my timeline: 9/17/19 - My BFF passes away and heads to the "Rainbow Bridge" in Doggy heaven. 9/24/19 - My BFF is cremated. (I'm informed via the cremation certificate I received with the ashes) 9/26/19 - The vet offices leaves a voicemail that the ashes of my BFF is ready to be picked up. When I pick up the ashes, I'm blown away by everything I received from Pet Cremation Services. The ashes were placed in a nicely decorated tin container with the quotes "Until we meet again at the Rainbow Bridge" on the cover. I purchased an urn for the bff but this container can definitely work as the final urn. There was a sealed card with an inked paw print and fur. There was a clay paw print in a clear heart shaped plastic container with a sticker that read "Mia left paw prints on my heart" There was a condolences card with flowers and wildflower seeds that you can plant in memory of your pet. There were two letters with information on how to deal with the loss of your beloved pet and a certificate of when your pet was cremated. All these items were in a nice green velvet bag with "Until we meet again at the Rainbow Bridge" embroidered in gold. The mixed reviews on here were surprising but once again I didn't deal directly with the business so my experience was different. In the end, Pet Cremation Services performed their services ahead of schedule and they went beyond what I expected in terms of the remains I received of Mia. I literally thought I was just receiving a container with her remains. Wherever you decide to cremate your pet, I hope you have the experience I had with Pet Cremation Services. =)

If 10 stars were an option I would give it to 4E!!…read more Jeanette is the definition of ethical breeding, she honors the mothers and the puppies and through her program she is able to place puppies with the right families. I remember when my sister first shared Jeanette's Facebook with me and telling her "I would never buy a dog from a breeder", that was around 5 years ago. I started following Jeanette on Facebook and Instagram, I was instantly impressed with Jeanette's program. While it's hard not to pick out your puppy and having to wait until go home day it does truly help to honor the puppy along with the owner. The evaluation videos she sends a week prior are so helpful in the process, they show you the temperament and the type of puppy you can expect at 8 weeks. After 2 or 3 years of following her I put a deposit down for an F1B Standard Goldendoodle, I had an older dog and didn't want to bring a puppy in so it took me another 2 years to actually get my first dog from Jeanette which just happened on Feb 18th. Having gone through the process with Jeanette and her team I can attest to you that she is top notch and so are our dogs I had access to my own puppy page to watch the liter grow, we got to see pics and videos every few days allowing us to see them changing. I had 2nd pick and to be honest my first choice was taken by the person who had first pick, but I do feel like I have the right dog for me. Sedona Grace (AKA Gracie) has been the easiest puppy I have ever raised, she fussed for 5 minutes in the kennel the first night and potty training was so easy. Because of all the handling the team did with her she has been easy to bathe, cut her nails and most importantly to take out and socialize. I put her in a shopping cart and she could careless, she loves to meet new people and to go new places. The vet was impressed with how well mannered she was even at 8 weeks. As a family we collectively have 3 of Jeanette's dogs now, all are angels and when we are ready we will be repeat customers!!
