I instantly trusted them and could feel and see their love for and respect of dogs in the way they interacted with Madiba and the questions they asked me. First of all, I should say that I don't trust people easily and I definitely don't trust easily when it comes to Madiba but I knew this was a perfect match. I know they care for Madiba with love and they connect with her. This is critical to me. We use Pearl Paws for both walking and sitting and i can't describe the peace of mind I feel when I know Madiba is with Nikki and Tony. It's easy to schedule with them. They are flexible and will work with your schedule. Their prices are extremely reasonable. They do sitting by the hour and overnight as well. Their love of animals is not limited to dogs, they care for a number of cats as well. If you live in Block 17, NV or any building nearby, you'd be crazy not to rely on Pearl Paws.

Doesn't smell like s*** like other places I've experienced where you walk in and lose your eye brows. Didn't see any feces on the ground anywhere too even outside. I have also been there and seen other customers come to pick up their furry love ones and leave satisfied. Inside the animals seem to have lots of toys and places to explore or a quiet place for the shy customers. Current parking is ok, hit or miss but right across the street is a church that always has an empty parking lot. She contacted me, advising me of the situation and told me what she thought the problem was. She made an appointment with my vet and while there, conferenced me in so we could all discuss the situation (BTW: her diagnosis was correct). She got Lucky on meds and watched him. She sent me pictures and fussed over my little guy so he wouldn't be scared. By the time I could get home, he was on the mend. She even contacted me days later to check up on him. The notes and helpful tips she left with me were amazing. And while this was all happening, she was also able to monitor my other lil dude's eating, to make sure he ate all his food (and she sent me pictures when he cleaned his plate!). I originally chose Bat Country because of their qualifications - they are well versed in animal medical issues and are certified in animal CPR. My lil guys are getting older and more complicated. Both of them need medications, and I needed to know that my pet sitters could handle things like that. If you want pet sitters who will treat your pets as their own, who are knowledgeable, professional and caring, you want Bat Country. They are totally committed to your little fuzzies. And they're also just really nice people that you'd want to hang out with.
