They are very accommodating. Really nice people. My dog was a bad girl, they tried to cut her but…read moreshe didn't cooperate.

I am extremely late on posting a review on this place as I had received services about 3 years ago…read morewhen I first moved to the area. I hope that the delay in posting stresses how bad it actually was, because I still think about it until this day. And any time I drive past this place I get mad all over again about how much they traumatized my dog (and me because I can't ever trust places like this again, especially because they run a day care too). My dog, a small chihuahua terrier mix, was visiting for a basic grooming and bath. I couldn't imagine it would take more than an hour, so I waited in the lot. When it was past the hour I followed up. They said it will take four hours. Two hour mark came. We receive the call that they had to put him in the kennel because he was biting. I know dog parents say this a lot, but my dog would literally never... he has had baths, and yes, he is scared of blow drying (which we have received feedback on before, but never to the point of biting or causing harm). Otherwise he does very well. So now just imagine... your scared baby, fearful and soaking wet in a kennel waiting to "air dry" all because of some incompetent staff that doesn't know how to groom small dogs. Sitting there for the remaining two hours since it apparently takes four hours to groom a dog less than 15 lbs. And FYI.. we obviously did not go back to this groomer, and went to someone who said he did perfectly fine. He was well behaved and yes scared of blow dryer but not combative at all. If you care about your dog like a child, Please do not ever go here.

Updating this from 2 to 3 stars since this was addressed personally by the manager…read more I honestly wish I would have read the more mixed/negative reviews on Google before bringing my rescue dog here. She was testing out the place for a few days and we started off by leaving her 1-2 hours a day, she was nervous of course, as a dog should be going into a new place. The weekend crew were extremely kind to her when she barked and calmed her down. But come Monday, there was a new person in the den and instead of trying to calm an anxious dog, he squirt her with a bottle multiple times to get her to stop barking. Which if you know anything about dogs, you should never do that to an anxious pup. We really liked it up until today, so just beware. Thankfully we were able to watch it all on camera and picked her up the second we felt it was getting out of hand. A note for the owner - please try to find alternative ways to help a dog who is struggling to settle. Spraying them in the face and chest multiple times is an ineffective way to stop an unwanted behavior. This is extremely detrimental to their behavioral development and only causes more fear.

Updating stars as the store manager addressed this with me personally…read more This review is for the big curly headed guy who works there. Everyone else understands that a dog who is nervous and barking should be comforted. This guy just keeps spraying water towards the dog instead. She came home soaken wet. Extremely unprofessional especially on a dog's first week. The other employees did well and comforted her, but he should not be in the room with dogs.
