When I moved here, one of the things I was anxious about was finding a great dog walker for my Bulldog. He's not such a great walker, gets a bit lazy at times, and likes to pull on the leash so it really takes an experienced dog walker to be able to handle him. When I found out that Swifto expanded here to Miami as well, boy was I thrilled! They set me up right away with one dedicated dog walker who has just been so amazing. Always punctual, texts me before he arrives, and takes the most amazing photos of my dog. Now, that's besides the fact that they have a GPS tracking app, which, once you get used to it, you really feel like it's a must when hiring a dog walker. The house has a large backyard where you can see there's space for the dogs to run and play. Anthony takes daily pictures of the dogs and sends them over so we can see the group of dogs and what they are up to. He has a magic power (for real) because he manages to keep all these dogs sitting while taking pics lol. Our dog feels like he's at home there since we take his bed, leash, and food. Also, Anthony is very easy to reach. We would answer your call/texts right away or within mins! we heard from him through our building. When we picked her up, I gave her water and she immediately started drinking it desperately. She didn't even greet us. She was more focused on drinking water than on seeing us, which says a lot about how thirsty she was. That behavior is not normal for her. Runa is not a dog that pants excessively unless she has been running a lot or is extremely tired. She almost never pants, not even when she's happy. That's why it really stood out to me that in every photo I received during her stay, she was constantly panting. At first glance, the dogs may appear "happy," but in reality they seem thirsty. She was there for only 5 days and still came back thinner and extremely thirsty. I can't imagine how uncomfortable that must have been for her , or how other dogs may be feeling if they are not being given proper access to water. I'm writing this with sadness, but also with the hope that this feedback leads to better care and attention to the well-being of the animals left at this place.

He had some free time and was able to watch my cat on such a short notice. He sent me pictures everyday and assured me that my cat was fine. I was really worried that I would come home to a mess from my cat because of the last experience that I had with another pet sitting company (Grove) but I came home to a happy kitty who missed me very much.
