The Gold Digger repair service on Sturgis Road tried to say that the post office is lying and they didn't get the return package, but I have the tracking # with the store's signature to show delivery was released to the store. Wanda from Gold Diggers on phone there was rude and hung up on me when I said I have the store signature on USPS tracking. I still have no replacement after a month so I turned them into Better Business Bureau and USPS. Might have to take this to small claims court. Their lifetime warranty is worthless.
