So we went in there I don't know the lady's name that helped us but she looked to be about 80, We told her he was looking for a yellow gold ring with some type of hearts and diamonds in the ring. Not Silver, Not white gold and definitely not a stone from her birth year because she don't like the color purple and she is a fan of the yellow gold. Well then that's all she wanted to show us from then on. White gold. Silver. And those damn purple stones. But then after 30 minutes or so in there my son finds a ring he wanted to THINK ABOUT and POSSIBLY come back and get it. We said no but thank you for your time and help being polite. She walked away but shortly came back over and proceeded to ask if the ring was a gift or if he was just going to give it to his girlfriend. He was confused so I stepped in and spoke up, I told her it was a Gift and he wasn't sure if he was going to buy it today, but once again thank you for all your help and assistance. She was very persistent on him to buy today But after telling her we wasn't buying today she got very hastily and got an attitude and walked off. She wasn't as pleasant when we left as she was when we walked into the store. My 18 year old son said if he was to return he would not deal with her and would not buy anything from her Because he didn't want her to make any commission from the sale. Not just because of the attitude but simply because the whole time we were there we had to keep telling her not that no not that color stone or gold..
