I took it back to have someone explain away how they were sure it worked before they sold it to me and made me have to pull teeth just to get my money back! Fast forward about 7 months to a year) So my wife's father dies and she ended up with a few of his items that was hard for her to look at for obvious reasons! So she decides to pawn and not sale the items as she hoped to maybe bare them again! I remember the bad experience here but paid it no mind and decided she would pawn it at this establishment! So she goes in with her current id and pawns her item with no problem! So today we go in to retrieve her item(this is also after making hundreds of dollars of payments to hold it for us) (plus late fees) They tell us we can't buy our items back because the address on her id (THE SAME ID THEY EXCEPTED WITH NO ISSUES WHEN THEY TOOK IN THE ITEM) does not match!!! They never explained this to us of course if they had we would not have left the item there!! THEY STOLE FROM US!!! After I cuss everybody out lol the old guy said I'm tough and asked me to come behind the counter to fight knowing damn well police and or a shot to my face is inevitable lol So I asked him to come outside to have a real man respectable fight and of course his scary ass declined!! The ring was really pretty and had a 1ct round diamond in the center, i had the appraisal but that's all i knew, truthfully i just wanted to get rid of it since (cough cough) we arent together anymore. Anyways, I went a few places in Bowling Green and got what i thought were really low offers plus i really hate being at a pawn shop, I just dont feel comfortable there. So when i saw this place i figured what the heck, its downtown at least so it must be better than a pawn shop right? I was right, they were so nice and it was a nice office. Right off the bat i knew that i would get a better offer just based off of the enviornment, I was right again! The best offer i got from the pawn places was $1200......We bought the ring new for $7,500 plus tax. These guys offered me $3200 along with a snickers bar lol. Go see them, they know what their doing and were very professional.
