Pawn Inc. - Pawn Shops Near Me - Fontana, California

See all

I would not recommend this location. The gentleman was not friendly when I came in looking to sell a ring.

Now I know why this place is trash , lived in Fontana half my life and always passed by this pawn shop and the other day I finally went in and stood there for 5-10 minutes , no one acknowledged me or greeted me , so I left and took my business down the street ..... don't bother coming here read more

Awful place awful staff Their attitude felt cold and unwelcoming. Instead of providing support or solutions, they appeared indifferent, leaving customers feeling frustrated, undervalued, and disappointed by the poor level of attention and basic service read more

"We haven't made a dollar today" No sh*t try not walking away from customers that are trying to buy sh*t!! They low ball you then list it for what it's worth and claim they haven't made any money. I get it business is business but trying being a little friendlier with your customers and maybe just maybe you'll see a difference in your sales jerks! Maybe make a customer feel good about their purchase AND MAYBE they'll come back and buy more sh*t!! read more

Service is terrible and slow They are very low balling on items They are picky and and did purchase items that had hundreds of dollars in value. Not coming back read more

Sad tiny pigeon toed bald guy was very rude. The guy that helped me didn't even know how to check the system correctly. It was a pretty older lady that ended up helping out read more

The guy who fixes the jewelry tried to rip me off, he quoted me a price and when I returned he was mad I didn't have my ticket and only brought my id. After telling me I needed it next time, he tried to tell me I had to pay more, when I confronted him and pointed out the original price that was on the envelope he was holding, he got angry and gave in. He also shortened a few of my necklaces, some links are missing! read more

Super quick and affordable service! The guys there were very nice. Just went to go get my ring resized.

Pawn shop is a straight up joke went in to sell a $1600 pc they just glanced at it and offered me $200 straight up jokes

Lying thieves. Pure and simple. They knew my instrument was stolen when they bought it, they knew it was mine a week later. It is almost a full year later now, and they're still fighting me for my property after telling me they know it's mine. They've got some disgusting butt-buddy relationship with the police, however, who let them steal with impunity, ignore complaints and refuse to investigate. read more

I was skeptical going here as the reviews were so low, but decided to give it a shot. Well I was not disappointed at all! Out of the 3 employees working 2 of them greeted me, and answered all my question regardless how dumb they seamed. Very nice people. And seamed like they'll work with you if you need more time. I didn't pawn or buy anything this time, but will definitely be my first spot when looking to make any purchases. Keep up the good work guys look forward to seeing you soon. read more

This place will try to do you dirty! I went in to pawn an engagement ring that was originally $900 and the lady upfront glanced at it and said she'll give me $75 for it! $75?!!!! What a joke read more

Brought my $5,500 GIA Certificate Diamond Earrings To Get A $600 Loan And The Lady Told Me That The Machine Said That They're Fake Lol Don't ever Come Here With High Quality Items They Still Use Old Fashion Techniques To Test Gold Like Scraping Your Jewelry instead of buying a Gold Machine Tester read more

Maria was very sweet, helpful, and very generous thank you so much i'd definitely recommend going here!!

After years of dealing with bad service because you know, its a pawn shop. I pawned some gold necklaces and they swapped them with lower quality shit, took a while to even notice. These guys are DIRTY as hell. read more

Austin, David and Pete were awesome!!! They helped me out when I really needed it.. thanks guys!

This place could be better if the fat guy in the front desk wasn't so anal about evryrhign and if he was to bend a little bit , his bussiness would be better and I would be writing a better review . He had me in the system and after telling me on the phone he would help me out , I didn't have my valid Id, he turned me away even though he said he could help me out and I also did have a picture of my valid id. I undertand the guidelines but fuxk man he made me go under the quise of him being a cool dude when he's just a bully. Prices are ok though you should go check it out . Ok read more

great service ... best loan options for my equipment ... stop by and check out all awesome items

Don't waste your time at the place employees suck here and don't know the value of items and they are rude and treat you like your nothing and try to lowball the hell out of you read more

This place has horrible prices and even worse customer service! I stood at the counter for what seemed like hours and they did not even acknowledge my presence. I'll take my money somewhere else!! read more

the employees don't acknowledge their customers and their phone is their priority. Bad bad bad.

Had to buy our STOLEN bike back from them even though we had a police report, pictures, and a serial number. Owner and guys, not the ladies, were rude each time I dealt with them. On the up side, they're a great place to buy or sell stolen items. read more

Extremely trashy place with rude employees they use outdated methods, they will also lowball your with a "it is what it is" attitude. Take your business elsewhere they forget their selling used clutter read more

Went to pick up my Ipad paid them & they couldnt find it. Went next day they sold it by mistake Original value $599. I pawned for $60 paid loan plus intrest and now im waiting apparently the aggreement on back says they are only required to pay in resut of there own neglagence 50% of orignal loan for item. That means pay me only $30? Bullshit! If this has happened to you please advise. UPDATE: They purchased a newer model with less gigs and a care package from Apple Satisfied with outcome, however only with pressure on management, multiple phone calls and this negative review. NOT in a timely manner. Not a returned customer! read more

The worst spot to pawn anything at. Do not come here stay away .. try inland pawn shop in upland they have WAY better prices for sure ... this place is a joke read more

I walked in and was looking at the Jewelry and 2 associates were behind the counter at the register on their phones laughing while another woman walked by me twice not even acknowledging me, I'm just a guy looking to spend money but not anywhere customer service is terrible read more

I dont recommend this place in anyway. If you plan on selling anything to them you'll only be getting around 10% of it's actual value and the people there are so awkward. And the place's overall atmosphere is trashy. Go somewhere else honestly. read more

ABSOLUTE TRASH! The estimate was completely off. I've had other pawn shops give me a higher estimate than this pawn shop. They completely give you less that 10%. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! read more

Great store to buy and sell things. The staff here is very helpful and the prices are very good. I've sold items here and been very happy with the service and value. If you are a FB user, check out their daily posts, they do "giveaways" from winning diamond earrings, guitars or a free cold drink. read more

The manager Pete is so rude, and bitter my husband asked him if he's having a bad day cause he looked mad and he (Pete) said "Oh yeah, that's cool." I felt like punching his short ass .. don't go here I rather make a far trip else where then to pawn or sell here again. read more

I bought a ring here for my fiancé and got on ok deal.. But here's the issues the service, Pete one of the managers is the most disrespectful short men you will every meet. Once he has your money your trash to him. There are plenty of other shops around avoid this place and this angry little guy. read more

I read the reviews on this place and I decided to come check it out even though the reviews were bad. I spoke to a skinny older man with glasses regarding a few products I was interested in. They only had one other customer in the store but yet the guy behind the counter would rush me every time I asked a question about something. I will never go back inside that business. Overpriced, used crap. Everything in there looks like its been there for decades. Drive down the street to another pawn shop and get real customer service and a better deal. To put it in two simple words this place is a RIP OFF!! read more

Great shop with a wide variety of items and Jewelry to choose from. Customer service is fair depending upon which employee who happens to be assisting you with a transaction or pawn. One individual, an employee I believe by the name of "Lalo Perez", I would hold responsible for my overall uncomfortable experience and poor rating regarding customer service. When approached, he responds in a discourteous manner with short answers while simultaneously conversing in another language with another employee. His overall tone and mannerisms towards me and during the transaction lead me to believe he had better things to do and was somewhat discriminate towards myself and other customers ahead of me in line. I believe it's in his best interest to reflect upon himself and possibly attend a class pertaining to customer service and common courtesy. read more

Horrible place do not recommend going here they sold me a broke Xbox and wouldn't do anything about it and I only had it for two days! they are rude and just want your money go somewhere else would give 0 stars if possible read more

Awesome customer service every time I set foot inside this place. They leave you to browse, which is great and I have enjoyed all my purchases. Definitely recommend this business!! read more

Staff was extremely helpful and efficient...got an excellent, like new, professional camera at an amazing price. They seem to always have a great selection of high quality merchandise and jewelry. I will continue to shop here regularly, thank you! read more

purchased a shotgun out of state and had it shipped to them to do an FFL transfer. I selected them from a list provided by the seller before reading these reviews. So, I expected the worst. First of all, its very clean and the merchandise is modern and nicely displayed. Secondly, there were 5 counter people and they were dealing with customers in a respectful way that moved whatever process they were there for along quickly. Lastly, I've done dozens of FFL transfers and this was among the smoothest and most professional. read more
