The guy who fixes the jewelry tried to rip me off, he quoted me a price and when I returned he was mad I didn't have my ticket and only brought my id. After telling me I needed it next time, he tried to tell me I had to pay more, when I confronted him and pointed out the original price that was on the envelope he was holding, he got angry and gave in. I pawned for $60 paid loan plus intrest and now im waiting apparently the aggreement on back says they are only required to pay in resut of there own neglagence 50% of orignal loan for item. Great shop with a wide variety of items and Jewelry to choose from. Customer service is fair depending upon which employee who happens to be assisting you with a transaction or pawn. One individual, an employee I believe by the name of "Lalo Perez", I would hold responsible for my overall uncomfortable experience and poor rating regarding customer service. When approached, he responds in a discourteous manner with short answers while simultaneously conversing in another language with another employee. His overall tone and mannerisms towards me and during the transaction lead me to believe he had better things to do and was somewhat discriminate towards myself and other customers ahead of me in line.
