At first they were consistent with their services but as time when on they became flakey. Would…read moresay they would be here on a certain day and then not show up. I would have to text constantly to find out what was going on and it was always something came up and the oh woohs me. I got quoted $100 for tree removal but then they didn't finish and then wouldn't refund me my money for not finishing. Trying to tell me I was quoted $150 which I wasn't. So now I'm left with trees that need to be removed and no one to cut my lawn. I'm empathetic but I believe they had bad managing skills and now I'm out the money to get rid of the last tree which is the tree i really needed removed. Dont use them they have no time managing skills and quite clearly want your empathy for their hard ships but have no empathy for screwing you over and not following through. They also only did half of my neighbors yard and couldn't finish for whatever reason but wouldn't refund her to hire someone else to finish the job.

There aren't enough stars to say how AMAZING these ladies are! They became farmers for a week…read morewhile sitting my psycho pony, minidonkeys, kunekune pig, chicken mafia, turkey mafia, 4 crazy goats, 2 bunnies and 3 dogs. The ladies spent an hour each day with my animals, sent pictures while they were there, and kept me informed each day about each animal. They even noticed a scratch on my pig! One of my turkeys was sick when I left and unfortunately passed away 2 days into my vacation. These wonderful ladies actually held him as he passed away and took care of his body. Seriously, what animal service does that?!? Their prices are ridiculously affordable and like the other reviewer, I too felt the need to pay more than asked. They are personable, kind, and clearly love what they do. I cannot recommend Ashley and Nancy highly enough!!

It is my distinct honor to be the first to write a review for Aussie Mom Pet Sitting Service. It's…read morevery simple really: THEY ARE AWESOME!!!! I have four cats, one of which is quite old. And rather than have them deal with the stress of being boarded, I decided to try a pet sitting service while I went on vacation. Ashley and Shawna came out to meet me and both were extremely friendly and professional. They both asked questions about the health of the animals, my vet's contact information, emergency contact info, etc. and had the appropriate paperwork to fill out. The peace of mind I had after they left was just what I needed! They will send you pictures of your pets while you are away to reassure you that everything is ok and also provide you with text updates. The price they quoted me was far too low in my opinion, so I felt it was necessary to pay them more than they were asking. Totally worth it! They even took the time to clean up a little!!! Let's face it. . . Four cats can be kind of messy. These guys are amazing! If you need a pet sitting service, I strongly recommend Aussie Mom!!!!!!!
