My dog has a good size wart on her back. Been there for years. Mae cut her so bad that she bled and had a scab for days. They told me one time that she was almost ready and they hadn't even started on her! She had been there for 4 hours. Apparently, they have more to do than they can handle. Plus, the owner is extremely crabby. In addition, the place is filthy. I do not recommend.

We are frequent customers of this location. It hasn't ever been a "bad" experience, they've always…read morebathed and groomed the dogs and that was that. The last time we picked up our German Shepherd she was still wet and the employee said "Jasmine didn't like the dryer today" I brushed it off and thought well Jasmine is a little wild I'll let it slide. I went in last week to get dog food and thought I'd book my pups grooming appointment in person. The worker said it would be a week before she could get to my dogs. She said that it was "only her" now and she's swamped. I didn't think twice about it, I understood it could be busy and or booked up. Today I dropped off my Yorkie and German Shepherd at 10:30am when their appointment was Scheduled. I picked them up 3:30pm, so they had them for 5+ hours. The employee did tell me she "knicked" my Yorkies ear but had put medicine on it to make it clot. I was little confused but the medicine she had applied to her ear was the same color as her skin so it kind of camouflaged the wound apparently. Once I get to the car after going to get the Yorkie first and then my German 2nd i then noticed that my Germans neck and entire back end was wet. Not damp but wet! Get home and look down at my Yorkie eating and notice she was cut on her stomach as well! She was bleeding on her Belly where they had knicked her as well. After that I was pissed! Once sitting on the couch I looked down and noticed my Yorkie's ear. The medicine had obviously rubbed off or warn off and you could see this so called "Knick" very clearly and I was appalled. This was not a Knick it was a serious cut, not to mention another cut on her belly! I paid and tipped a total of $91 for them to cut my Yorkie twice and for my German to come home wet! The German now looks like she needs a groom again because her hair on her back end dried all different ways because she wasn't dried properly. I will not be bringing back my dogs here ever again.

Miss Priss was showing signs of bumblefoot, and Dr. Crabtree treated her with such compassion, patience, and expertise. She took the time to explain everything, answer our (many!) questions, and made sure Miss Priss was as comfortable as possible. The swelling is being monitored closely, and thanks to Dr. Crabtree's thoughtful care plan--including bed rest and Epsom salt soaks--we're hopeful our little diva will be back to ruling the roost in no time! Finding a vet who treats chickens like family is rare, and we are so thankful to have Dr. Crabtree in ours. If your feathered or furry family members ever need a vet who truly gets it, we can't recommend her highly enough! Thank you again, Dr. Crabtree--from our whole flock!

He was like a new puppy. I loved how she groomed him and added the cute bandanna. Ollie is super hyper and not easy to groom. Steel came back looking like a new fresh dog. My husband commented he hasn't ever seen him so clean and soft. We were very happy with her services and will use Arbuckle Pet Resort every time.
