I do not fault the farm for that, but can't give a 100% full and accurate review until we are able to experience those things. As noted above we were unable to see the animals, which was really disappointing! But we understand why. We stopped at the office to check, and they were very friendly. They informed us that due to Covid the walking trail is the only thing that is open to visitors, so that is what we did. The farm itself is cute. The grass was groomed, there is a sign telling you what was where, and swinging benches were all over the place. We visited the greenhouse, but there wasn't much going on in there. You can buy plants and flowers. It looked like there was a sand table that kids could dig around in that is probably busy on better days. We walked the trail, scoped out the pond (watch that loose board!), and went into the woods. This is where it got interesting, because I had no idea it was lined with "fairy houses"! My daughter was elated about this, and we checked out every single one. There were also signs with cool nature factoids, like what prints certain animals make, and how to tell how old a tree may be. There is a really nice pavilion just outside of the farm entrance, and a playground there too. Another fun thing we discovered by the playground was a Little Library! This place has great reviews overall, and I believe them. I think that we'd really love it once we are able to experience all that it has to offer. I still recommend it now if you are looking for a fun and easy trail to walk. Especially if you have kids! And it is right around the corner from other trails and fun playgrounds to explore, too. We will definitely come back and try again when Covid precautions are lifted! :)

Not sure if they have done it before but there were a few things I would change but overall it was beautiful. The thing I would change is to have assigned seats and have staff walk you to your table. Tables were set up in 6. I had a party of 5. Almost immediately there were people scrambling to try to sit together and parties were almost split but the attendees just grabbed their flatware from our table and squeezed in at another. Arrival was at 11. There wasn't much instruction once you gave your name at arrival. Do we get in line for a drink? Do you grab a seat? It really was a lovely afternoon with great food and great hosts. The education in the fields and all around perfect. I definitely recommend a stop here.

If you like a good burger get the PCC Signature Burger (if you are not feeling the egg or bacon no worries you can substitute) also they ask you how you want it cooked a plus. They have soft drinks/coffee service and a bar so you can have some wine or a cocktail. A few things.. this is a PRIVATE CLUB. With that said a few things you should know. 1) like any good CC it's around a fairly residential area and the sign for the club is small. So keep a look out if this is your first visit. 2) Usually you are here due to a members invitation (or for some sort of event) 3) If you are here for Dinner/ Lunch (not a catered event) They add the 18% Gratuity to your bill and they ONLY TAKE CASH... why THEY ARE A PRIVATE CLUB. Do yourself a favor either bring cash or talk to your host/hostess prior to make arrangements. We were at a meeting and got an email stating we could pay with cash or a card. I could see a wedding party taking photos here.. just lovely. The inside had different rooms that you could use for a large event something smaller in what I call the book room and other rooms. I was here for a meeting and a luncheon. The food was quite good. We had a vegetable soup with pasta in it, a chicken salad sandwich that had dried fruit in it and it was set on the most scrumptious croissants I've had in this area. The room was lovely the only issue was the training of the staff to serve our lunches. Granted these were odd shaped plates but usually at a cc the service is great. Also minor coffee was cold and we had to ask for fresh hot coffee. I understand when you get your soup they put crackers on the table they were stale? Listen it seemed like forever for our lunch but whatever. I understand serving a group I did some catering work back in the day. But all this is pretty minor in the scheme of things. It's a fabulous place and I can see anyone having a lovely event here and really doing it up with an event planner. They have a private lot.. they have a pool, golf and a great workout room. Cheers!
