We asked some friends and were recommended Ebersole. They were very responsive, and we quickly had a meeting set up. Through that discussion, the project that initially seemed overwhelming to us became manageable. It was a very collaborative process - we discussed all of our options, collaborated on ideas, and created a vision that matched what we were looking to achieve. We agreed to move forward with the project, and within just a few weeks, we were choosing all of the items that would be a part of our project. From the quartz countertops and farmhouse sink to flooring and tile backsplash, and much more, Ebersole was there to help us each step of the way. When construction started, we were impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of our installers. They went out of their way to minimize the inconvenience of a renovation, while working meticulously to ensure everything was installed seamlessly. Our project was finished faster than we expected, and we could not be happier with the results. They even went the extra mile with an unexpected plumbing issue. We now have a beautiful new kitchen, powder room, and hardwood flooring. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else looking to have some work done in their home. When we are ready for our next project, we will be reaching out to Ebersole. Thank you to Jeff and the entire team at Ebersole!

I paid Jeff half up front (1400.00) Jeff stated in the contract: Tear off roof of rear house secondary, not primary Install new plywood where necessary Install new coilstock Install new fiberboard Install new rubber Glue down Tear out rear wall of bathroom Replace with new drywall Finish work included mudding and paint Put new ceiling tiles in damaged areas in bathroom Jeff is the owner of the company, so I figured I was going to get excellent workmanship. On the day he was supposed to start (8-28-12) the roof, he arrived 2 hours late. I was not at home at the time, but my wife was. Jeff started on the roof, then had to leave within 15 minutes , because he had stated to my wife that the supplies had come in and he had to go and get them. He came back 2 hours later to start on the roof (around 1:30). By the time I had gotten home (5:00), Jeff and his employee were almost done, but at that time I did not have the opportunity to check the work. I did ask how he was going to connect the rubber roof to the primary roof. He stated he would lay it up under the shingles and flash. After Jeff had finished , he came down and stated that the costs ran over and he needed more money. I gave him another 1000.00 for him to finish what he had started (big mistake). He was supposed to come back on wednesday to finish the job. He never came. I gave his secretary a call but only got an answering machine. Jeff's secretary called on thursday, apologizing and stating jeff had been sick and promised he would be there on friday. In the interim, I had my neighbor come over . He owns several properties and I value his knowledge with houses. He stated to me that Jeff did not tie down the back end of the rubber roof, it was just flapping in the wind. The side of the house where the roof was rotting had not been replaced and where the roof was hanging off the end, my neighbor showed me that it looked like he never took the original roof off the house, he did not tie the rubber roof to the primary roof correctly and there was no flashing to be found, he layed the excess rubber that hung over the roof into the gutter and did not tie that down correctly. Several areas were cracking open, due to not enough glue, or the incorrect glue. All the bricks i had on the roof to hold the tarp down were thrown to the ground and were broken in my yard. These were 50 pound blocks that were in good condition and could have been used, but are now broken into little pieces, and they were not cleaned up. On Friday, Jeff was supposed to be at the house around 9am. I took the day off so i could show Jeff the problems and discuss with him what he needed to do. Well, again, he never showed. I called the secretary again, and she apologized and assured he would be here on saturday. Saturday came. Jeff never showed. Jeff's secretary called on tuesday, apologizing to me that he was out of town over the weekend and that he would show up on Wednesday at 3:00 to fix what he had not finished. I took another 2 hours off of work to meet with Jeff. Again, he never showed. I sent him an e-mail stating what he had proposed and what he had done in his contract. I only want the job to be finished, but i get alot of empty promises. On another note, It rained really hard this past week (9-20-12). The work that Jeff had done on my roof leaked. Now i have to replace the new ceiling tiles in my upstairs hallway that i had replaced after he worked on my roof. I called Jeff and got his secretary. I was told that they would have someone out on Monday at 10 am. Of course, nobody showed up again. It has now been almost a month since my roof was replaced. I still have a leak.

They got us back up and running and patched our ceiling in time for a holiday party. The guys are super friendly and very knowledgeable! We then reached out when we were ready to move forward with a complete bathroom gut job and walk in shower. They listened to what we wanted, completed the design work and gave us options for tiles and fixtures along with a budget to work with. Their work is definitely an investment but so worth it! Nick talked us through what we should consider and then kept the communication throughout the entire process. He gave us a plan for the week and followed through. Every person on this team is nice, personable and knowledgeable in their craft. We trust them COMPLETELY with our home and any house projects

That same "can do!" attitude is the basis for how CentralX operates. They were great about giving a thorough and fact-based, on-site estimate; able to roll with it when circumstances changed ("You wanted us to use your leftover paint on the door outside -- did you know that's indoor paint? It's okay, we can get outdoor paint in that color, just wanted to check that you didn't mean for us to use the wrong paint."); able to make suggestions mid-project ("The color on your front door, we were thinking it might look great around the garage door we just fixed up. Come see what you think."); able to expand the contract in small ways ("Clean that clogged gutter? Sure, we can bring our ladder tomorrow.") and large ("Um, okay, that indoor paint that was on your door, did the gang that painted you before use that same paint on the shutters? Because your shutters don't match your front door now. Leave it like that, or add the shutters to the paint job? Because we can get more paint, no problem!") They fixed up our kitchen ceiling (which showed where there had been leakage before, plus a large hole where repairs had been needed for the leak) to the point that it's impossible to tell where the damage was--the former hole in the ceiling is now invisible. They replaced the front porch railing (rotted in a couple of the posts and part of the railing) with vinyl parts that won't rot or need much maintenance, yet looks like the old railing. They took off old wallpaper in our guest bath and painted the walls beautifully (moving the toilet as needed, something we had not anticipated but was obvious after they started--they made it sound like no big deal). They put up new outside lighting and cleaned up the area around the new lights so there's no way to tell these are replacements for old rusty junk. Besides the great workmanship, we enjoyed how much the guys took pride in their work--they genuinely were very pleased with how well everything worked out. "Would you hire this company again?" Already have! We're contracting with them to help prepare for a new gas/electric stove. The company that sold us the new stove told us we would have to hire someone to run a gas line; someone else to upgrade the electric; and someone else to modify the counter area to fit the new stove. Instead, we're hiring CentralX, who will do it all.
