Frank's Fun Center is hands down the best arcade in Point Pleasant Beach. Prizes are constantly…read moreupdated, prize pricing is reasonable, half-price hours are a steal, which is 3-5pm. The best part of the arcade that my granddaughter enjoyed was the claw games, that you play until you win. For any boy or girl around 6-7 years of age, would love that game... so they always come out with a stuff animal. They play until they win one. My granddaughter had a blast. The older kids like the games that give tickets for variety of gifts. They even have poker casino games to keep the adults occupied. For the adults, my best part was the air conditioning... lol.

Look at the terrible paint job, scuffed parts, messed up proportions, and misaligned sticker part. When I opened it, it was dirty, the bodies were thinner, and the heads popped right off. There is also no such thing as Marine series and Cat life series hippers, those figures only exist as regular standing figures according to the official Sonny Angel website. They may not have known that these were fake figures, but they could have done the right thing by refunding it to me. This is a warning to other shoppers to avoid buying these fakes!!!

Super clean and well maintained mini golf right on the quiet end of the boardwalk…read more There are two very simple 18 hole courses. One slightly more challenging than the other but neither is very difficult. Prices are reasonable but if you purchase anything during the Easter sale you receive coupons for the mini golf making it even more affordable. There are plenty of benches all along the course. There is also a snack stand in front. Nice spot for a little break from the sun and sand.

Lighthouse point is 2 18 hole courses located at the end of the boardwalk in Point Pleasant. The central feature is a big waterfall and small cave located in the center of the courses. Of the 2 I would say the White course is the more challenging and fun of the 2, but they are pretty comparable. The theming is pretty straight forward, it is just the beach, I apricate that they did not try to do anything too crazy, sometimes its nice to be remined that you are at the beach when you are at the beach. The holes have a nice variety and the courses are different enough from each other that there is some replay value here as well. My biggest complaint is the spinner satiation, the course I played only had 1 on it, I fell that if a course is going to have spinners they should at least have a few on them. They also take the entertainment card that they take at the Arcades and ropes course, its nice that you can use that same card everywhere and you get a discount the more money you put on that card. Overall a fun little course, but if you are only going to play one course in Point Pleasant I would play Cast Away Cove.

Everything was 50% off,…read moreand we made lots of very nice purchases, including gifts for friends, mugs, wall hangings, shirts, etc. I would have bought much more, but I had to be realistic! LOL At first the staff was a bit unfriendly, but it was the end of the day, the end of the season. I was sure they were tired, so I continued to shop nonetheless, while my husband discussed golf with the owner. I am thrilled with my purchases, as were the recipients of the gifts, and will definitely shop there again next time we make it down to that beach.

We traveled 20 minutes out of our way on a rainy disgusting day specifically for a point pleasant sweatshirt for a gift for someone who just bought a house in the area. As we were looking, an extremely disrespectful woman (older, short haired, heavy-set and grumpy) shouted "someone help these people in sweatshirts so they don't keep unfolding everything on the table" loud and nasty enough for us and the entire store to hear. This comment was unnecessary because my wife actually works in retail so she was nicely folding everything back as we looked. Out of principle, we dropped our merchandise and left. This place never receive a penny from me or my family. I will be sure to review and spread my experience in as many places as possible. I recommend shopping elsewhere.
