They said it wasn't "sudden"....it has never been there before and video proved it was coming form my sewer pipe but they argued it had to be a "sudden" gush of water. They were extremely unprofessional, lied and twisted words and then tried to tell me that I misunderstood! Don't go with them! Find a mutually owned insurance company with clear policies and people that aren't liars! They might be cheaper but what does that matter if they don't pay out a claim and because they are a stockholder owned company they rejoice in not paying claims so there is more money for bonuses for them! BEWARE!
