Come Thursday, t-storms were predicted for the morning, so we called to see about that. Allegheny Outfitters VOLUNTEERED to to refund our res, because t-storms. I was completely prepared to write off the pre-paid trip, AO says that they will refund if THEY cancel the trip. We cancelled, they refunded. Before I could tell them to keep the payment. They were very helpful over several phone conversations while we were deciding what to do, which took more than 5 minutes each time. These people are amazing.

The employee working at the register didn't want to believe us when we told them that the price that rang up was not the one posted for the item where it was located. He wanted to argue and possibly thought that we were haggling. But when we pointed out to him the price on the rack, which was in eyeshot of the register he became a bit defeated. Watching my groomsmen open their gifts then wearing them throughout the weekend was a personal highlight for me.
