As always, I was behind the ball on the minimal responsibilities my wife gave me for our wedding. I reached out to Sports Locker three weeks before the big day and they came through in a huge way! I ordered custom q-zips for my groomsmen and koozies for our guests and they came out absolutely amazing! Watching my groomsmen open their gifts then wearing them throughout the weekend was a personal highlight for me. Every single koozie was gone by the end of the night, which in my opinion is rare from other weddings ive been to but the design was so awesome that people were asking to bring home to their family and friends. 10/10 customer service. I was lucky enough to work with Sean who walked me through the entire process and even overnighted the Koozies when I was getting a little worried about the timing because of my late ask. Im been waiting for my football jersey and it came in 2 weeks ago and never heard a thing. This store is terrible. Once i get my jersey they lost my support. This is ridiculous. read more

Best customer service!! So friendly and helpful. I forgot to order my daughters a warm up that was needed. Online store was closed, I called and they still accept order and had it available the next day. ( and it was customized) Great quality. read more

Dissapointing place to shop! There prices are never consistent especially on silk screening and embroidery. We reordered shirts from the previous year and the price had almost doubled. On top of that they misspelled two names on the order and it took two weeks to have those shirts replaced. When I asked about the price difference the manager ( Tom) just laughed. I asked to use their bathroom and while I was out back I overheard some off colored comments / vulgarities from their workers working the tshirt machine. Maybe they didnt see me walk by , maybe they didnt care. The place was a mess and I wondered if the fire marshall has ever been there. An unpleasant experience to say the least, I would suggest going else where..maybe Shirt Heads in Allegheny, or order online. Id hope my experience was a one time thing but unfortunately it wasn't, and after talking to other customers / students , it seems this is the norm for the Sports Locker. :( Go Bonnies!! read more
