They did one job for me and quoted on another, which they most definitely won't be doing…read more Pros: * they responded quickly * they turned up on time * they did a good job Cons: * they are EXPENSIVE... on the second quote I worked out they were charging me the equivalent of $138 per hour * they give you a hard sell about their business and membership (who has membership to an electrician?) when all you want is a price * they try to make you pay up front before any work has been carried out (no thanks) * they gave me a quote that was incorrectly added up to the tune of $585 in their favour... and then argued about it when I said it sounded a bit steep (it was only later I discovered the maths was wrong) I won't use them again

I sent them on their merry way.... Customers...dont be lazy...unless you have inherited piles of $$ from daddy!!! . Do some homework yourself before throwing hard earned $ at this mob. I am getting the job done this Friday by the way and it will cost me $1700 in total. Admittedly I sourced a reputable tradie and hot water system myself .. in 2 hours of my time... and has "saved" me $2300!!

I…read morerequested a quote to fix two fans that were working intermittently and replace some lightbulbs in my halogen downlights. All the electrician could tell me was that the fan was broken and needed replacing. One fan would have cost me $809 (excl GST). He didn't carry a basic halogen lightbulb, and could only help by replacing the whole halogen system with LED lights. I had to pay $79 for the privilege of him telling me he could do squat. And that's after he turned up well outside the agreed time slot. I ended up getting another electrician the next day who was able to fix both fans and replace the lightbulbs for $350 (incl GST).
