Also left a blanket with lint and some pet hair, which I specified. They said 2 weeks to get the blanket back. I thought OK, seems long, but don't need it right now. I took it back and would have given them the chance to redo but they insisted it would take another 2 weeks! And they claimed it was cleaned! I think this was chucked in a bundle with other filthier stuff and never inspected before returning it to the store. I told them to refund it and I would take it elsewhere. I got my refund.
