When I spoke with him about his charging my student $6.40 to launder a dress shirt, $14.25 to dry clean pants, $19.20 for dry cleaning a sports coat, he felt justified in charges outrageous prices. I will have my student dry clean at home for half the price and just as clean and not destroyed.

Also left a blanket with lint and some pet hair, which I specified. They said 2 weeks to get the blanket back. I thought OK, seems long, but don't need it right now. I picked it up, brought it home opened it up and it did not smell clean, there there was a lot of lint and some hair. I looked and smelled like it was never touched. I took it back and would have given them the chance to redo but they insisted it would take another 2 weeks! And they claimed it was cleaned! I think this was chucked in a bundle with other filthier stuff and never inspected before returning it to the store. I told them to refund it and I would take it elsewhere. I got my refund. Now I am looking for another shirt service and cleaner. Won't go back. PS. no-one seems happy working there.
