We went to Georgia for a short trip in March, and visited this lovely Paulk Vineyards for wine tasting. We went on Monday after lunch time, so it was nice and quiet. The tasting room was very cozy and had such warmth to it. Here you can see all the wines, merchandise, and other products made with their grapes. And they have slushies! They have wine slushies, and non-alcoholic slushies. We got to try the Muscadine Wine Slushy, and it was awesome! They offer three lines of wines: The Family: muscadine wines, The Farm: fruit & specialty muscadine wines, Sweet Tree: wines infused with fruit flavors. We each chose different line of wines, so that we can try more flavors. I went with Sweet Tree line, since I love sweet, fruity wines. My hubby went with The Farm line. Each with beautiful color and scent. I LOVED them all! I wish if we can have a bottle of their wine every day... With the wine tasting, we also got their charcuterie board which was perfect with all the wines. It had some cured meats, nuts, cheese and crackers, and jam/jelly. This was such a great visit, we loved all the wines, and the charcuterie board. We especially enjoyed the tour of the facility and learning about the grapes, process, and the history of the Paulk Vineyards. If you love sweet, fruity wines, and have the chance to visit them, I totally recommend! They are also sold at many stores, and yes, they do ship to many states around the US! read more
Cute winery in Wray, Ga making wine out of Muscadine grapes. But wait! Theres also 5 wines they make that are exclusively made from fruits NO GRAPES! Definitely a must stop if you're in the area. They do tasting (5 wines for $5) and have to go drinks. Because its muscadine, they all have a sweet kick but theres something for everyone for sure. Mary Lou was our flight girl and she was super knowledgeable on the wines, made great recommendations for me being that I'm anti sweet wine and picky about my wines. read more

I found this little gem in Wray, GA today. The largest muscadine vineyard in the world! I had an amazing time at the wine tasting and even enjoyed a wine slushy. I recommend mixing the blueberry pomegranate and muscadine wine flavors. During the tasting, the stories behind each bottle are told. It's very unique and it made me feel like the hard work put in by multiple generations of this family continues to brighten the days for those that enter Paulk Vineyards. read more

Paulk Vineyards is an absolute gem! One of South Georgia's best kept little secrets. Hospitality is phenomenal and all of their wines are amazing. The tasting room is such a darling place where you can not only find ALL of their wines, but other gifts items as well as delicious slushees! The Cheese board is delicious and pairs great with a full wine tasting. Hugo is my favorite out of all of their wines, but I honestly love all of them. They put their hearts and souls into this place and you can definitely tell. When you are there, you are family! Go check them out and do a tasting- you won't regret it!! read more
Very friendly folks, owners were very welcoming to out-of-towners. Play separate tasting, and then to the taking home two bottles of wine. For the wine snobs out there, you must know that this is Muscadine wine. That being said, you're in the south, you should be drinking Muscadine or Scupinon wine. Five stars for hospitality! read more

Experience over 40 years of muscadine heritage! Come in now for local wine tasting and live music. Join us at the bar for a complimentary wine tasting where our wine guide will make it simple. They'll take you through the 4 S's - See, Swirl, Smell, & Sip. You'll be introduced to our 6 muscadine wines, all named for Paulk family members, as well as our sweet strawberry wine, Satilla Road. You can follow along with our tasting notes and make your own notes as you taste and see which is your favorite! We also offer seasonal opportunities to pick your own strawberries, blackberries, and muscadines. Of course, you don't have to pick your own! During our harvest times we also have fresh fruit already picked to save you time (and energy!). Although the exact dates of each harvest season vary, strawberries will usually be available March-April, Blackberries around June, while muscadines and scuppernongs come in throughout August-September. Muscadines, America's native grape, grow only in the southeastern United States. They are larger than many other grapes, with thick skins and multiple seeds. Some folks love muscadines for their sweet southern flavor. Others are impressed by the powerful health benefits of muscadines. Muscadines are truly the best of both worlds: they taste good, and they're good for you! Come have a taste!
History
