Purchase 4 yards of 2" shadow rock in April 2021for some backyard pathways but when it was…read moredelivered the size of the rock was a little bigger that what was on their outside sample displays so it wouldn't work for what we needed. I went back and informed them about the problem and they agreed that the shadow rock that was delivered was a bit bigger than advertised. I was assisted by Chelsea Aguilar who was very understanding and informed me that she would talk to the general manager and get back with me. The following morning she called and when I went in she said that they were willing to work with me. Long story short, I ended up getting the smaller 1" shadow rock at a discount and on top of that she waived the delivery fee. She turned out what could have been a bad experience into a great experience. We will definitely keep supporting this business and will recommend it to our friends. Again, thank you Chelsea for being so helpful and professional in resolving this matter! H. F. San Antonio, TX

We had some questions so we visited the office and were helped immediately. They had some great ideas to share with us and suggested we walk the yard with one of their employees. And that's where we met Mateo, the yard manager. He was extremely helpful with great ideas about our project and took the time to walk us through some solid choices to consider. His smile and Texas style firm handshake sealed the deal for me. I'm going back with my pickup truck!

When I was ready, I compared three different nursery/tree services. Hill Country Tree Co had the best selection, best price and quickest turn around time. Once I agreed to use them, Eduardo met me at a whole sale nursery to look at inventory. You can also choose your trees by photos that they will send you on the day of pick-up. I went in person and tagged trees with Eduardo. He was so knowledgeable and patient. Once tagged, I was put on the schedule (within same week) and Eduardo came to my house with the trees, equipment and mulch. He planted everything. I even got to approve the way each tree was turned. This was an excellent experience and I am happy with the whole project. The night after my trees got planted, we had a terrible storm and the newly planted trees got blown over. Eduardo came the next day to fix the problem. Great customer service!
