The good: The building is new so it has new appliances. I loved that the refrigerator has an ice maker and water filter. The layout is open so it makes the apartment seem more spacious. Free cookies and coffee in the office. They have a new pool area with a grill and fireplace for tenant use. The bad: The dog park is ALWAYS dirty. Its gross. The walls are paper thin and the apartment was poorly built. The first night i moved in, the shower head broke off. The maintenance guys promptly fixed it, but that says something about the quality of construction. I could constantly hear neighbors talking, walking, and even sneezing. The windows are not properly sealed so dust gets in. I know that this is common for Lubbock, but the amount of dust that entered the apartment was ridiculous and more than my current apartment. Management is rude once you move out and sloppy with record-keeping. Take your hard-earned money else where. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
