I was TOLD CLEARLY by the photographer that it was okay that I was leaving the next morning. I could simply view our photos online and decide what I wanted. Now I am told that isn't possible. In fact, I have to purchase a $200 low resolution CD upfront, and order from there. Why in the HELL would I purchase a $200 low res CD without ever seeing these photos first? They could all be junk! I even offered a drop box solution. Nope. Listen, I don't want to steal your photos, but before I drop hundreds of dollars on them, I want to review them. This doesn't seem unrealistic. There must be a solution for me to view these photos, especially since I MADE IT CLEAR I was leaving at 6am the next morning to head back home, which is 13 hours away. I have NEVER in my life given a bad review because I work in social media. So this should tell you how upset I am with this studio. Why can't I see my family's photo when you told me I could? Why do I have to pay just to view them? STAY AWAY.

When setting up a session we asked what the pricing was and was told "I'm not in the Sale's Department, only a salesman can discuss pricing". If you want the CD, $800 for only the CD with all the photos. Sitting fee $85, shipping and insurance was $25 for the "free picture". I felt pricing was too much for photos. They ended up with a little over $100 in which we got one photo instead of selling individuals photos that we liked and making $200 to $300.

Going through his portfolio of pictures online, I knew he would be a good fit for what we were after... fun, candid, beach, etc. Ryan had great communication from the start through the whole process- about setting dates, payment options, meet up details, parking logistics, processing time, etc. He gave great instructions on where to meet and we followed to the nearby park he suggested. The location was great, offering a mix of different picture background options, in addition to the beach pictures, which was a nice bonus to mix up the pictures we had available to us at the end. We had a group of 7, ages ranging from seniors to teenagers. Ryan was great at suggesting ideas, poses, and what angles to shoot from. He also let us come up with a few ideas to add to the mix of picture options. He was super flexible! We were shooting for probably a good 1 hour to 1.5 hours. Ryan is very personable and made us feel comfortable! You can really tell this by the results of our pictures, where no one seemed uncomfortable or stiff. We all had fun and had a lot of laughs that he was able to really capture for us. Overall I would recommend Ryan and his skills for anyone looking for family pictures, weddings, senior pictures, etc. He truly is so talented and I (and my whole family) were very impressed with the results. A few hours prior to our scheduled photo shoot I occurred a painful injury to my right ankle and left hand after having a fall. I notified the photographer right away that we could not make the session. The next day which was the last day of our trip, I was still in pain and unable to make a session and requested a refund but the company refused. Buyer beware!
