She is thoughtful, thorough, enormously helpful, responsive, very easy to communicate with, and extremely insightful about the market. Most importantly, she truly listens to your needs and enthusiastically serves them without any kind of agenda, except for us to find exactly what we were looking for. She was a pleasure to spend time with, and she helped us identify and acquire our dream home. Alisa is someone who has all the qualities you need in a realtor like strong market knowledge, negotiation strategy, and attention-to-detail, as well as people skills that we really appreciated like being patient, transparent, and kind. She was patient and transparent throughout the process. She patiently listened to us when we were flooding her with first-time buyers questions, never pressured us to make decisions, and remained supportive during a particularly long lending process with our chosen lender. We went to at least five open houses with her, and for each she pointed out both the strong points as well as potential downsides. It always felt like she was genuinely representing our interests rather than pushing us to close a sale. Her attention-to-detail and organization really stood out during the escrow and document signing process. Despite going through a drawn out escrow process (due to issues with the property) and having to sign so many documents, we never felt overwhelmed. She gave us a proper timeline of things, explained each step along the way, and gave us only a few things to do at each stage. This made us very relaxed and in control during the whole process. We couldn't recommend her highly enough!

I met Terri Davis in August 2022. Even though our paths had many crossings previously, we had never met formally. And I am so grateful my son in law suggested I work with her. From the very first phone meeting (I was living out of the area), I knew she was the one I wanted, no... NEEDED!, to work with. She spent 90 minutes listening to my story of why I was relocating to Ventura, offering a sympathetic and kind ear, and learning what I was looking for. She really cared! This was no act to get a client. And then she hit the floor running. The inventory was very limited as my want list was "picky". But she came through with several good candidates. And when I wanted to expand the search area it was no problem. Terri adapted in a blink of an eye like the pro she is. When I needed an interim apartment in Ventura while house-hunting, Terri even found the perfectly located, short-term rental, only 5 blocks from my daughter and her family. Finally, after seven months, "my" house finally came on the market. Terri and Meggie made the process easy, efficient and quick as possible. I felt comfortable asking those "dumb" questions and receiving patient and informative answers. Even when I asked the same question again later on. The team recommended fabulous helpers like a handyman, painter, and floor-refinisher. They are very well connected to referrals for odd jobs and major projects. I hope I never have to move again, but if I do at least I know the hardest part is already determined... I have my team to guide me and take care of EVERYTHING.

Meggie was amazing throughout it all. She was always available, kept our budget in mind, and made sure we never felt pressured into anything we weren't comfortable with. I would absolutely recommend her to friends, family, and coworkers because she is trustworthy, responsive, and truly cares about her clients. What I love most about being a homeowner in Ventura County is that I grew up here, so it means a lot to be able to raise my family in the same community--and being close to the beach is a huge plus.

She helped us get in touch with services to coordinate the Estate Sale, set up cleanup crews, dumpster haulers, stagers and a professional photographer to properly show the house in its best light. As we were remote, she communicated with us on a daily basis (if not more) to make sure we were completely in the loop. Once the home went on the market, in less than a week, we had multiple offers well over the established asking price. We made our decision, got escrow started and closed in less than 3 weeks. Her knowledge of the area, the markets and support services were invaluable to us getting a great sale in an expedited timeline. If you are in the market for a property or wanting to sell a home on the Central Coast, I recommend that you contact Sara at your earliest convenience.

In particular, Anne and Cassandra were really helpful putting the properties we looked at in context and keeping us from acting too hastily or over-paying. And when we went through the closing process, they were tireless advocates for us. They didn't rush us through close. Instead proactively continued to negotiate throughout the process. In what might prove to be the most competitive real estate market ever, they patiently worked with us for over a year, setting up dozens of appointments, adjusting to our whims and steering us towards the finish line until we had keys in hand. We found the Williamson VanKeulen contact info literally off one of their "for sale" signs on an empty lot that seemed intriguing. We were visiting for a weekend and I sent their general contact line an email. I had a reply later that day despite it being late on a Sunday and we started trading updates from time to time. I was quickly very impressed with the Williamson VanKeulen team's helpful knowledge and suggestions as we learned more about the area and what we should be looking for in terms of locations, types of houses, amenities etc. At the very beginning of the process my wife and I described an extremely specific house type, lot size and location that we wanted. Even down to the view orientation we wanted in the backyard. In the end, the Williamson VanKeulen team delivered quite literally exactly what we asked for... right down to the backyard view. Normally you have to compromise on one or two major wants. We got 100% of what we dreamed about. Buying a home is a challenge in any market. Even in the ultimately buyers market (if those ever exist again), you need smart, local experts who have the history, insights and finesse to get a deal done. In an extremely tight sellers market, you will drown without using people like Anne and Cassandra. Anne and Cassandra will move mountains and get you to closing on your dream home. Two quick anecdotes - For half the closing process we were two hours south which made it very difficult for us to pop up even for important events. For the other half of closing we were on our honeymoon in another state. Anne and Cassandra went above and beyond to accommodate our needs during this critical closing period. They made sure our inspections, walk-throughs and all the stuff you don't expect went off without a hitch. Cassandra would pop over and facetime us for when we had a question about any little thing. They provided a thorough list of high-quality inspectors and contractors then offered to be the ones to let those workers into the home while we were hours away. Even after closing they are still helping! Just recently a neighbor who didnt have our number called Cassanda to say they saw water streaming down our driveway. Again we were two hours away which was very stressful. Without even having to ask, Cassandra offered to pop over to check out the scene. In the end it was was actually a neighbor's hose that had been left on. A huge relief, and a massive help. We have a dozen examples like that from the process. Hopefully it's clear from this review that we give the Williamson VanKeulen team the absolute strongest recommendation possible!
