From the beginning of our house hunt, we knew we had a stellar agent in Alisa. Not only was every transaction with her thorough and professional, we knew that she was always on top of every aspect of the process which allowed us to relax and trust her every step of the way! Our house hunt proved difficult on many levels: one, what we were looking for did not come up on the MLS very often, yet with Alisa's connections and thorough research, we were able to find exactly what we were looking for prior to the house hitting the market, allowing us to lock in a very competitive price. Two, because the house we fell in love with was a short sale with three loans, while to other agents this may have been a deal-breaker, Alisa had worked enough short sales to actually get the deal done.
