I had given up looking for a solution until my previous dentist recommended Dr. Haddad. I am now chewing without pain for the first time in decades. The price was astronomical, ( I actually waited a year to get the financing together for the crowns and the nighttime appliances) but worth every penny. The offices are competently staffed, extremely clean and professionally run. Dr. Haddad was extremely helpful in keeping my stress levels down by prescribing me some meds before the work prepping the teeth was done. A special thank you to each member of his team. They are empathetic, understanding, and extremely skilled. My husband and I now use Rochester Advanced Dentistry for all our dental needs.

I now continue with the practice for maintenance, with the same impressions I've had all along. I can't recommend the practice highly enough for anyone, but especially for dentist-avoiding patients as you feel at ease and pain-free whatever the procedure-from expert cleaning, cavities, extractions, to bone graft and implants, etc. Also, clear instructions, careful follow-up, and availability for questions or the unexpected. I feel that all the team is exceptional in terms of skill, know-how, and professionalism while having a consistently friendly and caring approach to patients.

It was our first time at this practice. Mitchell Solverson reviewed x-rays for my 9 1/2 year old and determined that she had four cavities between baby molar teeth. Typically, I would trust such medical advice but Mitchell Solverson wasn't acting as a trusted professional. He came off very pushy and urgent to get these "cavities" filled asap, even though my daughter was in no pain. He was also insistent that my 11 year old get an already loose baby tooth removed for no apparent reason--no crowding or issues with the tooth. As he was discussing this he came off like a used car salesman. It was obvious that he was looking for ways to increase his billable work. I decided to get a second opinion. I had the x-rays sent to another dental practice. Upon review they found ZERO cavities. The dentist said even if there were cavities the permanent molars will be arriving in months based on the x-rays. There is no sense in filling cavities in baby teeth that are about to fall out. I am glad that Mitchell Solverson gave off such alarming red flags so I could remove my children from his care but am sickened that he was trying to push unnecessary procedures.

I went there to the referral appointment . Called back to Oakridge to make my appointment and she said they no longer take my insurance all of a sudden. She was very sarcastic with no apology. The office staff never really made me feel welcome there . Why dental offices do this to people is absolutely ridiculous to make someone feel less than because of insurance. Instead of my usual assistant, I was greeted by a different dental assistant, Mrs. Rose. From the moment she walked in, she radiated warmth, kindness, and genuine care. She was the sweetest person and made me feel comfortable, even though I had come in feeling down about my dental problems. I just saw the bill, they billed an emergency exam (this is done if you go in with a tooth ache) and did a scaling and root planing, wich is a type of perio surgery/procedure. It should have been a new patient exam. Possible a debriment since it had been 5 years and see how the patient responds. I was in the dental managment industry for over 25 years, and this kind of crap is why I left. Not to mention there was no fee/copay disclosure before starting treatment. I will be putting in a formal complaint with Delta Dental. I did call and was told they did everything correct.

Please get everything in writing before you get any work done…read more I was told I needed two crowns and was assured by the office that my dual insurance would cover them. After the work was completed, I was billed $650 -- only to find out the pre-authorization for coverage had actually been denied months earlier. Northstar submitted it, never told me about the denial, and then resubmitted the same paperwork multiple times after the work was done. Each time, it was denied again. When I called to question it, the office refused to take responsibility, saying they "can't manage every dual-insurance situation." Their only solution was to offer to transfer my records elsewhere. Please learn from my experience -- always double-check with your insurance company directly and get everything in writing before agreeing to any treatment here. This is a "puppy mill" for dentistry; you are in and out for a cleaning in 15 mins. You are a number here. Please know they pay you with gift cards to write a good review.
