We have a large portfolio of rentals, so we've done quite a few transactions over the years. My first transaction with Michael was fairly simple: selling an investment property. Very easy and professional. My second transaction was with a completely unreasonable buyer and agent. Michael remained calm and professional throughout the entire process, even with the exact opposite on the other side. Can't say enough good things about the process. I think Home Savings Realty is way ahead of the game in terms of where real estate is heading. They understand the world is changing and have a great business model for how real estate is done today - now that we have the internet. Strongly recommend and we'll be back!

We did pay the buyers realtor for doing absolutely nothing, if you are lucky enough to find a buyer that doesn't have a signed Buyers Agreement, you can actually save $20k - $35k. Kellen also does Full service as well. Can't say enough good things about working with him.

He always delivered (and more!) on his promises, was patient and thorough, and never, ever pressured us. For an additional 1% commission, Jason acted as the project manager for renovating the house to maximize its resale value. I could not believe how quickly he got vendors into the house and was thrilled with the high quality of their work. Jason stayed within our budget and always explained the benefit of the work he recommended we do. The five realtors we interviewed gave list prices that were as much as $200,000 apart. Jason was at the high end or the range and explained how the refurbishing he was suggesting would get us that price. The house had multiple offers at or above asking price on the first weekend it went on sale, and we closed 3 weeks after that. Jason delivered on his promises and I think he did better for us than many of the other realtors we interviewed (who might have been focused on a quicker sale at a lower price). I recommend Jason unreservedly. He is the best!

Jason is everything you would need as someone navigating this process for the first time - incredibly communicative, knowledgeable, available, and understanding. I ended up purchasing a new build that was in its very early stages of construction, so my interactions with Jason have lasted for over a year. He was in regular contact for months and months, and ON IT as soon as we got closer to closing. Like most new construction, we ended up with a lot of delays, issues and frustrations. Jason was there the entire time to push the builder and developer, explain the process to me, and commiserate when I was at my wit's' end with them. I've truly ended up with a home I am so happy with, and I think I can honestly say Jason was a huge part of that.

My husband and I had the great fortune of meeting up with Terry when we decided to both sell our…read moreluxury home and then purchase a new one with him during a depressed real estate market. Well, in no time at all, it was "mission accomplished" with the help of Terry Leach. We consider him to be our friend as well as mentor at the end of our transactions. Terry assisted in listing our unique property using state of the art, professional photography, beautiful color brochures, spectacular home staging and open house techniques. His knowledge of the real estate market, along with his assessment of repairs needed to make the house sell at optimum price were very instrumental in finding the perfect new buyer for our home. Terry listened carefully to us every step of the way, which I would consider to be his very best skill. He is able to really hear what is said and interpret that into success in both selling and buying. For example, there was a point during the sale of the old property in which we told him, the prospective buyers were going to be willing to pay top price for our property if we just held out. He understood that, and in the end, it was not necessary to budge on the price and we received top value for our home. However, the place that Terry really shines is in the home purchasing area. I consider this to be his real calling. He carefully questioned each of us as to our list of requirements for the new home, and really LISTENED! He showed us as many homes as we could possibly see, and was very careful to understand the strengths and weaknesses of each property from our prospective. Each time we went out to see possible properties, he had fine tuned our search. For example, when going to see houses, I preferred to not know the asking price up front so that I could evaluate the property itself without the financial impact. My husband however, being the "bang for the buck" man, really wanted to see the listing Price up front. So, when we met up with Terry to go shopping, my paperwork on each house did not showed the asking price, while my husband's included all the financial information. Further, the lot size on each home became larger with each home as it appeared we really valued a large space and the number of bedrooms reduced as he determined that we did not really need 6 bedrooms, preferring a large living space instead. Shortly after beginning our home search, Terry found the perfect home for us. He identified it, prescreened it, and then arranged a showing. Of course we fell in love. Naturally, no real estate transaction is not without it's bumps in the road, but after some tense contract negotiations by Terry, we were moving in the sofa! One point I really want to make is that we entrusted Terry with higher end home transactions, above 1/2 million. Throughout the entire process we were always confident that Terry had our best interest in mind. At the end of the day, any homeowner, buyer, or seller would be fortunate to retain Terry Leach for their real estate transaction. Whether purchasing your first home, or your dream estate, his honesty, integrity, and a true willingness to listen and negotiate for his client will make your experience with Terry memorable.

Buying our first house, especially as a new small business owner, was quite the ordeal. We had…read moreunrealistic expectations of the area we could afford and frankly, thought we knew everything because we watch HGTV. Working with Amber and John and the Degrood Team was to say the least, a wonderful experience. It is a sellers market, I learned that. It is not as easy to buy a house as they show on TV. We were outbid three times by cash buyers and we did not have the privelage of being able to think overnight about an offer, it had to be done the day we saw the homes. Amber was fantastic about listening to our wants and needs when it came to showing us homes. She was very attentive and readily available to show us homes at short notice. Because it is a sellers market, we had to make our offer more appealing to the sellers than a full price cash offer. John was able to do just that. He tailored our offer so that it stuck out in a pile of aggressive offers. Without him doing so, I believe we would still be looking for a house today. Our experience was so enjoyable that we still keep in contact with John and Amber to this day. We could not have done it without them!! Highly Recommend!!!
