The first meeting when he came to see the property and discuss everything with us; he spent a good deal of time and listened to us and explained in detail what we could expect. Once we had the placed cleaned out, they came in and took photos to upload to their site, which is far reaching. Chase or Neil would contact us frequently to advise status of the market. they were very communicative and very responsive. The end became dicey due to the title company whom the buyer chose and Chase intervened repeatedly to facilitate the closing in a timely manner. The bottom line is they got it done and stayed in touch throughout the process. i would highly recommend this team for your needs.

Gail's an exceptional realtor, providing excellent support and advice, when needed. Her instincts have been spot on over the years. She's incredibly easy to work with. And she's never steered us wrong. A wonderful perk of working with Gail is that every single year, without fail, she gives all her clients, past and present, an enormous, gorgeous, gourmet (apple or pumpkin) pie before Thanksgiving as a thank you. :-) In recent years, she has done so along with a lovely gathering. What's more, she remembers us as if we had just seen her last week, and it feels like the thread of this relationship continues throughout the years. Gail is not just my realtor, but I consider her a friend. We feel very lucky to have found Gail and would absolutely turn to her first if we did move again.

Monika Kattana is the rudest most unprofessional businessperson I have ever had the displeasure of…read moreinteracting with who i suspect lies to her clients. When attempting to rent a property from her client she appeared to have kept the landlord in the dark and excluded the landlord from all emails when issues came up. She failed to prepare her client by neglecting to complete the certificate of occupancy from the city for the HOA before listing and advertising the property. This delayed our move-in to past our lease start date and has caused significant financial strain on both landlord and tenant. She wrote us a lease contract for less than 30 days from the signing day (HOA required at least 30 days to process after lease is signed but we trusted the realtor knows what she's doing after asking for an expedited service three weeks in advance) She blamed us (tenants) for not submitting paperwork to the HOA for approval in a timely manner. The HOA themselves have since confirmed it was she who had not turned in paperwork from the landlord's end in a timely manner, not us. She has been snippy and rude with our realtor (telling her how to better do her job in emails) and rude to me in an email separately. When I emailed all parties involved in the process( her, my realtor, my partner, and the landlord) she responded with "I'm not sure who you are or how you are involved in our rental deal. I would appreciate it if you don't address my client directly" I would never want someone so rude to represent me when speaking to my tenants. She didn't appreciate that I asked for landlords confirmation that all mends to the lease were accepted.(weird, seemed like she didn't want me giving the landlord all the information) If it is true she does not know who i am, then she is incompetent and couldn't read the names on the lease. If she does know who I am, she only said that to be blatantly disrespectful. She also was unable to perform basic math and sent us a document for our prorated rent per night. According to her legal document, 3,050/31=$11.29... it is actually $98.39. This would have made us lose about $885.42 total. She fought us when we said the math was incorrect. If you don't have to interact with her, don't. And surely do not use her as your realtor. Pick literally anyone else. WARNING TO FUTURE AND CURRENT HOMEOWNERS: if you are interested in using her real estate services, be prepared to lose a significant amount of money due to her negligence. If this is acceptable behavior at Lang Realty, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Predatory Theft by Deception of a Disabled Boynton Beach Senior Citizen…read more We purchased our home in Boynton Beach through Joan Saqui of the Rucco Group in December 2018.  She said we needed a new roof or we may not clear inspection/have higher house insurance.  The house inspector never mentioned it but my husband was concerned. In March of 2020 - He called Joan and she sent her husband Steve Saqui to our home to pitch his roofing company (FHIA) (Florida Home Improvement Associates) to my husband Kevin - who was recovering from a cerebral hemorrhage stroke suffered in January 2020.  Steve sold Kev the "best hurricane roof ever" with a 50 year warranty.  Even better - His company worked with a government funded loan through YGRENE/PACE in which the roof cost was absorbed right into our mortgage and we would barely feel it throughout the course of our mortgage term.  He also said that the loan would be transferable to a new buyer in the event of a sale. He made no credit check and I was not included in the contract even though my name is on the deed.  He had an electronic tablet with him and had Kev docu-sign.  My husband who is 65 and just suffered a stroke had no business signing anything. In February 2021 - we were stunned to find our mortgage payment suddenly jump from 2600/month to 3775/month.  I asked Joan Saqui and she told me - Oh - Everyone in Boynton Beach had their taxes doubled this year.  Not the case. I did more research and found that our Non Ad Velorem jumped from $394 to $6,499 from 2019 to 2020,  The roof cost was $44820 at $1600 a square for 3300 sq feet for a 2900 sq foot house.  Then an 8.74 intertest charge for twenty years making the interest alone $48,088. MAKING THE ROOF COST $92,908.000 !!! In further research online - I found several class action suits against YGRENE and the contractors peddling this criminal and deceptive loan.  The loan is in fact a lien on our house that takes precedence to the bank debt and must be paid in full before any sale of the property.  In fact Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac will not even fund a loan involving any property attached to a PACE loan.  This is an outrage and we were completely duped. My husband just had a third stroke this February (the week after we discovered the truth about this loan) and was hospitalized for over three months.  He has a good pension but his pension dies with him - leaving me only his social security (when I turn 60) and life insurance policy.  This loan scam has us paralyzed - and when my husband passes I will be faced with no other choice but to be foreclosed upon since I have no means to downsize and pay off this ridiculous lien. We were deceived and lied to.  This type of loan is being outlawed in counties in CA and FL and the list of victims is growing to 62k. The stress of this travesty brought on my husband's massive cerebral stroke this past Feb 12th and led to being hospitalized for over three months - ventilator, feeding tube and brain damage. I had to spend over 10k to an elder care lawyer (Mark Shalloway) to attempt to move him from Medicare over to Medicaid in the expectation that he would never return home and be permanently hospitalized. By the grace of God - He recovered and is back home with us finally,  But I lost all my money and the stress of our precarious financial situation now still remains and is impairing his recovery. I have also written to the Florida Attorney General, Governor Ron DeSantis, Senator Marco Rubio, Boynton Beach Mayor Steven Grant, the Boynton Beach City Council, WPBF and The Palm Beach Post.
