    My House Sale experience with Claire Sheres and her partner Morgan Sheres:…read more Several days ago I was contacted by Morgan Sheres via text message to show my house. For the record my home is listed on the MLS and neither Claire Sheres, or her partner Morgan Sheres are my listing agents. Initially Morgan wanted to show the house at a ridiculously early hour, which I agreed to. Fortunately, due to scheduling difficulties she came in the afternoon with her clients which was fine. Since I have a lockbox on my door, I was gracious enough to let her view the house with her clients without my being present. Again, fine. 8 minutes after these buyers came in they left the house with Morgan Sheres, and hey that's fine. Not every house is for everybody. Morgan Sheres did not have the professionalism to do the simple act of leaving a business card. She didn't even bother telling me that she left the house. Fortunately I was observing in my car from up the street. Of course I got no immediate feedback from Morgan Sheres whatsoever. Several hours later out of the clear blue sky I'm getting a text from Morgan stating that her buyers supposedly liked the house and wanted to see it again. The funny part was no questions were asked by these buyers at any time about any features on the house. Again, I had my doubts, but I graciously let them come back on Saturday 8/13/16 at 10 a.m. (Again, not a normal viewing hour). For the second showing they were escorted by Claire Sheres, Morgan's Partner. Being suspicious of their motives, I did send a text message to Ms. Claire Sheres to please not waste too much time in my home for the Saturday viewing because I was suspicious of their motives. Ms. Claire Sheres angrily texted me back that she only deals with serious people and she'll be there promptly at 10 a.m. To Ms. Claire Sheres credit she did show up at 10 a.m. and again she left with this same party without letting me know she was leaving after about 30 minutes. Ms. Claire Sheres did show minimal professionalism by attempting to shut off all my lights and leaving me a business card and restaurant flyer which I had previously requested her to do. One hour after they left I noticed dust bunnies all over the front of my refrigerator. Apparently, the prospective buyers must have moved my refrigerator back due to my refrigerator sticking out from the cabinet because it was an oversized model. I also noticed my faucet was moved around as if they were testing it. I contacted Ms. Claire Sheres and left her a voicemail stating that if any damage was caused by her buyers actions that she would be held liable. At no time did she return my call or even send me a text message in an attempt to try to diffuse the situation. I assume from her actions she could basically care less. I'm a homeowner that has my home on the market by MLS by owner. It's a new concept that will force realtors to bring a buyer or not get paid. A broker for a small fee puts your home on the MLS. I'm very fair to the brokerage community, and I bend over backwards to make their lives as easy as possible. The bottom line here is that Ms. Claire Sheres was not acting in a professional responsible manner by permitting her buyers to physically move around my appliances, nonethelss the outlandish act of trying to push back a refrigerator. A little footnote of course. I never heard back from either Claire Shere's or her partner one way or the other about their interest in the home, or lack thereof. Anyone reading this review should be cautious in dealing with Claire Sheres and her partner Morgan Sheres for she may treat your home in the same callous way that I was treated. I know Ms. Claire Sheres has a good reputation, but as she treated my listing her actions were less than stellar and on the part of both of them woefully unprofessional.

Eric levy would not…read morebring information to buyer, Eric Levy's broker - Justin Carinci, texted me condescending messages he would not help at all! I called my buyer he said "sure no problem" I reached out to Eric Levy, no response! I reach out to Justin Carinci who said there will be no extension! Texted buyer again, he said "no problem!" Again the two agents would not write an addendum, did not work on my behalf ( their client) they lied, broke their fiduciary trust, and manipulated. My buyer Ben Digiovanni told me Eric Levy and Justin Carinci (my agents), advised him to change his mind in regard to agreeing to later closing date!!! (Which ben-buyer then said, "no" to 2 week extension) I believe they just want to close properties as quick as possible with no regard to a sellers or buyers needs! Scam Artists, nasty rude, liars!!! Beware of Eric Levy and Justin Carinici!!!

Eric is one of the most unprofessional realtors I have ever dealt with. I contacted Eric to discuss renting multiple units in my apartment building. The warning should have gone off with his arrogance on the phone of how petty it would be for him to take on this business. At first, I thought I mistook his arrogance mistakenly and gave him the benefit of the doubt. I told him my schedule was pretty open and he provided me with a firm day and time to meet at the property. When I was at the property on time for the appointment I noticed Eric wasn't there. I told him in advance that this was a tough timeslot for me but I would make it work anyways. Eric wasn't there and I immediately reached out to him. On the call, Eric expressed how happy he was that I called and said that he would need to reschedule because he had a priority with his kids. I think it was simply an excuse on Eric's behalf. He was rude on the phone and stood me up. Stay Away!
