First his nursing staff lost all record of my consultation in Dec of 2010 and would not have scheduled my surgery if it hadn't been for my insist ant phone calls to their office. Finally after getting a surgery date in early March I have now been bumped to the end of the month. My question is how did the office staff not know that the day of my first surgery is actually a day saved for major surgeries. She listened carefully to what I had to say and as a specialist ENT doctor I felt very confident in what she did to diagnose my condition! I must say however that I've been considering another visit about another problem, but I'm taken aback about so few reviews for a highly trained ENT specialist who impressed me on my first experience with her and that the reviews from her repeat patients seem to indicate that she has fallen into the attitude that many, but Not All specialists fall into, where she hears what she wants to hear and is dismissive of ancillary information that could confirm her initial diagnosis or warrant further examination that is needed to come to a definitive diagnosis and could possibly change her conclusion of what she was dealing with. It wouldn't surprise me unfortunately, because training to be a specialist demands a quick and certain diagnosis without trivializing your knowledge and experience with details that most of the time just confirm your initial diagnosis and are just a waste of your precious time. When you go to the ER, it's the DETAILS given to you if you really listen to the patient that help you to decide whether abuse, sexual abuse or other important information apply to your patients and ONLY BY LISTENING and "READING BETWEEN THE LINES" so to speak, that can determine whether involving the Police, Social Workers, Sexual Abuse Specialists, Elder Abuse Specialists, etc is A PRUDENT COURSE OF ACTION TO KEEP FROM RETURNING YOUR PATIENT TO THE SITUATION THAT COULD GET THEM MORE SERIOUSLY INJURED or EVEN KILLED!!! But receptions will pick up the phone before 10am. For walk-in, you can't make an appointment. If you are a regular and not a walk-in, appointment at best. So walked in right at 10am and didn't have to wait long. I was out by 10:20. Not bad. Compared to BC doctors/clinic this is definitely 5 stars service. In BC due to shortage of doctors, walk-in wait will be over 3 hours. There are lots of seats in the waiting area. Sit on the waves chair. There is also a Waves coffee shop next door.

She welcomes you as you walk in and once you get to know her she takes your health seriously and is there for all your concerns. I would definitely recommend this Doctor, and Clinic.
