The services they offer are very expensive but cover various areas. I paid them a large amount of money for a specific tax request just to be told that my payment dud not include the service I requested. That was infuriating. Christi gave me some files, but did not offer to help, or explain the process to me...I was shocked at her lack of concern, compassion, or willingness to walk me through an audit...time which I'd have expected to pay for. I was so shocked I took my 2017 taxes to the person who did support me through the process. For the 2016 tax year I did buy her "audit insurance" which is supposedly a guarantee of support during an audit. But Christi is NOT standing by the audit insurance because I was not a client last year...."that makes no business sense...so I will not help you." In other words - the guarantee means absolutely nothing. But to be honest, after her tone/message around 2015's audit, I expected as much. So if she doesn't help when you are a client, and won't stand by her audit insurance, then I don't really know why anyone would want to have her as a tax accountant. I'm deeply disappointed. It's all about revenue, less about client service.
