The tree looks beautiful after it was done. Shaped very naturally cleared out the thick leaves to allow wind flow, slightly raised the canopy. He also trimmed up three additional trees two Crepe Myrtles and a bottle brush. He shaped the Crepe Myrtle into an umbrella shape - just what I asked for. Edwards team works harmoniously together, are very experienced and left our yard clean. Edwards Tree Service is reasonable priced and a good value. I would highly recommend them.

Well, the drainage wasn't working properly because of the cement the builder left in the ground. I called up and spoke to John and he reassured me that he would correct the problem. The crew came out today and installed 2 more lines. One on each side of my house. I cannot thank him enough. I am using them again when my generator is installed to replace sod and needed plants. Linda was great about asking if there was going to be any irrigation problems where the generator will be placed. They know what they're doing.

"I am elevating this to priority status and we will take care of this for you." Nothing. Grass got so tall there were snakes roaming through the lawn. I then called and asked for a refund. "Of course, I'll put you down for a refund." That's all. No retention attempt, she just hung up. 3 weeks later we still didn't receive the $80 back. I contacted my lawyer, Ted Starr and he sent a letter demanding a refund. No response. This is fraud. Elderly abuse, or whatever you want to call it. They are DBA now as Royal Palms Lawn Care. I have photos and proof of my payment. This company is the worst.

So i read it and it sounds like that might have been a former employee. this team i saw come to this job with a arsenal of equipment. I wasnt there to see what they did. I spoke with my neighbor and he said they did a great job.. i just appreciate that there is still decent people out there doing honest work. Thank you for your services. No Limit Handyman Service.
