I thought Paul Chen professionalism was just so so. I think he's overrated. I won't go back again. I'll try a friendlier chiropractor. I did appreciated their friendly staff. So that's why I'm giving them 3 stars. read more

Paul is thorough and great with his work. He is strong and knowledgeable about the body. Corrine is a sweety pie. She's the one that sets up the clients with a pre-massage machines before Paul does the adjustment. This office is busy so plan ahead with them. read more

One star, because the front desk receptionist girl who pick up the phone today was rude!! I am not a patient here yet but i was looking for a good chiropractor and i stumble upon Dr Paul Chen. With many great reviews but unfortunately the girl employee who pick up the phone called was not being very friendly. She question my insurance, " do you really have PPO?" Umm Hellooo.. i just said i have PPO!! Lost cause. read more

Dr Chen has been a great help for me. I've been going here for a few months now and he's adjusted me the best I can ever ask for. Every time I'm in pain. I am always looking forward to go visit him because he helps relieve the pain I'm having. The best thing I like when I'm visiting is when they offer you the water bed or the rolling bed. After they adjust you, it's nice to relax for 15-20 min to help your back more. You would feel like a new person after going here. 100% recommend read more

Dr Paul is the best and his staff is top notch. I drive over 40 mins just to come see him and i feel leaving new every time.

I find myself writing this review on a massage bed after just getting adjusted... I can't contain all this excitement!!! (I'm stationary, so here it goes!!) I thought I had reviewed this place the first few times I came but I realize now I must have been so elated I was probably busy doing cartwheels all across the San Gabriel Valley. First, I'll be totally objective and tell you what goes on here... MAGIC! I LOOOOVVEEEE THIS PLACE SSSOOOOOO MUCH!!!! LOL. 1. You'll walk in and be greeted by caring Corina (she's so so pleasant) , there's many people who can't get her name though so feel free to call her whatever you want, she'll most likely remember your name the only time you tell her. Recommendations for names goes as follows: Coco, Karen, Karla, Janice, Christina, whatever you feel like! She'll always be on top of all your visits Sometimes you can catch Dr. Chen's wonderful wife,Jaja around to expedite your incredible experience. Expedite you TO your therapy, not rush you out, you can stay as long as you want. 2. OK, This is the amazing part, Dr. Chen comes in (within seconds) and assesses the all the ridiculous things you've done to your corpse and will adjust you... I know for some people this can seem really intimidating and stressful, but trust me, trust me, Just SURRENDER... Totally go limp because if not, your tense muscles will keep your misaligned joints in place. BAM!! POPCORN EXPLOSIONS!! You'll hear all your joints exclaim in refreshment ,but more importantly there's a wave of immediate weightless relief. Somehow you'll walk out of here feeling 7 feet taller and brand new. I personally got smashed into by a drunk driver which made me hit the car way in front of me, so I definitely needed it this round, but other times you won't even realize how much you REALLY needed an adjustment until you see how skippidydoodaa you feel afterwards. -I've heard that one of the many cool things that Dr. Chen also does is adjust pregnant women! It makes the delivery super fast (within minutes, but I don't think he can promise painless labor) and the pregnancy much more bearable. I guess that's something to look forward to! parking in the back is a breeze. Dont be alarmed, there is a small dog that hangs around the building that watches you from the second story Chocolates..... There's chocolates in the waiting room... They never make me wait long enough read more

Dr. Chen is the best chiropractor by far! He not only listens to your needs but he genuinely cares for your health and well-being. He is extremely knowledgable and attentive and will answer any and all questions you may have. In addition, their office is flexible and accommodating (they're open till noon on Saturdays!); they work with your schedule and will fit you in as best they can. Also, the office itself is always spotless; you will never get that sickly feeling of "is this bed clean..?" If you're in need of an adjustment (everyone should get adjusted from time to time) or have a sports injury, or are just looking for a new chiropractor, look no further. read more

Dr. Paul Chen and his team are AMAZING here!! His staffs welcome you with a bright smile right at the moment you walk in the door. I never have to wait for more than 2 minutes to get a room and start my treatment. The clinic is very spacious and super clean!! Fully equipped with new and clean massage beds and tables. My entire right arm felt discomfortingly numb and extremely painful during a very stressful time of my life. Dr. Chen reassured me that it is not a nerve issue and it will take treatments to get better. After only a few treatments and corrective alignments, my body feels significantly restored without any pain. Dr. Chen is VERY professional, genuine and knowledgeable!!! I have visits many chiropractors in the past, many are in it for the business without any passion. It is very different here at this clinic. Dr. Chen and his team are VERY CARING and GENUINELY want to help people IMPROVE their health!! I also bought their highly reviewed nutritional supplements to help restore and support my daily health. It works great and I highly recommend!! He is definitely the last chiropractor I will ever see. You can TRUST in the CARE of Dr. Chen and his team to alleviate pain and improve the overall QUALITY of your health!! :) read more

I started visiting Dr. Chen about 3 months ago. I was experiencing extreme right shoulder and neck pain that would radiate down my back and legs. The pain was so extreme that I was having a hard time sleeping at night and would find myself getting irritated easily while dealing with house work and my family. A friend recommended I see a chiropractor, I was skeptical but I'm so glad I came to see Dr. Chen. He listened to my concerns and was able to pin point the location of a pinched nerve on my neck area. With just the first visit he was able to provide so much relief. Now I recommend him to all my friends and family. read more

This review is way way overdue! I have seen Dr. Chen since, I believe, I was in high school and I will never see another chiropractor. Dr. Chen has always taken his time to listen to my concerns, taken his time with the treatment, and has helped me more times than I can count - I've always had chronic pain from horrible tension headaches from posture and misalignment. I would see Dr. Chen after finals I had to take in college/grad school. I also saw Dr. Chen post-partum, when I had pain from being hunched over breast feeding and loose ligaments from pregnancy. Each time I see Dr. Chen, know that I will get relief and feel better soon. He's definitely the best out there and I cannot speak more highly of Dr. Chen. read more

I never used to believe too much in chiropractics, but after going to see Paul Chen, it is clear that there is a huge health benefit. I don't know if I can state that clearly enough, but it has improved my health and quality of life ten fold! On top of that, Paul Chen is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced chiropractors around coming from a line of multi-generational chiropractors. His medical experience is just as impressive and he's even correctly diagnosed issues that other M.D.s had inaccurately dismissed. He's helped me overcome painful problems with my back, feet, and neck. He's also helped a family member who had vertigo, which other doctors were unable to properly diagnose. Every time I go see Paul, I get to know him a bit more and can tell that he cares deeply about his practice, but even more, he cares deeply about his patients. read more

i was referred to dr Chen by a friend who received treatment for her car accident injuries. i didn't really want to go see " another" chiropractor because i have been to many in the past and no one was really able to help me. BUT he is not like any chiropractor i have seen!!! He took his time to listen to me, gave a thorough examination, read my MRI films ( i didn't know they do that, past drs just look at reports) and pointed out problems that was not addressed in the report ( so i was like ok.....not quit convinced yet). He then checked my back to show me where he was referred to and he was able to find my area of pain without me telling him he just went straight to it! he showed me areas that i didnt know that was painful and related to what i was suffering from. His ways of treatment is what impressed me the most because he incorporated many techniques that helped get rid of scar tissues that was affecting the stability of my spine. He always checked the whole body for misalignment and balance instead of just area of complaint. He customizes his treatments depending on your condition which is very different then my past chiropractic experience like going through an assembly line. i highly recommend him to all my friends and family even for one friend who had a horrible experience with another dr and dr Chen was able to make her feel very comfortable and do got her better in just a few visits for a chronic pinch nerve in her neck! if you are looking for a chiropractor you should give him a try you wont be disappointed! FYI, he actually treats pregnant women and kids as well! read more
