Dr. Chen and Dr. Miyamoto are great!!! Dr. Chen does all the chiropractic therapy and Dr. Miyamoto handles massages, at home therapy, stretching, and patient health history collection. At my first visit, they took my body weight measurement and vitals. Dr. Miyamoto came in and asked about my health history, any issues that I had, and reason for visiting the chiropractor. After, they used electrode therapy and the heated roller bed to relax tense muscles. I went back to the waiting room to see Dr. Chen. He was very knowledgeable, skillful, and experienced. He pointed out all the areas I was misaligned as well as from injuries in the past. After 4 visits, my workouts and daily life felt much more comfortable and I felt more flexible and capable. Mind you, I'm only 24 live a very active lifestyle and workout a lot. It's the little things that I took for granted. Dr. Chen showed me how my body was supposed to feel. I will continue to come back! Especially if I have any injuries. Recommend for anyone who is very active as your muscles tend to stiffen up and your body may become misaligned over time leading to issues later on down the line. The clinic is located in the middle of San Gabriel. They have their own parking or plenty of street parking if you choose to park elsewhere. The check in process was simple. Old school pen and paper, nothing fancy. The interior is inviting with cool AC, ambient music and good lighting. The staff was polite. No issue at all. I have known Dr. Chen since his Vegas days, one of the best chiropractors I have known. The process was streamlined. However, they can get pretty busy on Saturday. So pick a slower day if you can. The equipment was sanitized, even the pens were. Masks are required inside and they will provide you with a new mask. The adjustment itself was done by Dr. Chen, very skillful and an expert at what he does. Overall, it was a great visit. They get a 4.7 out 5. Will come again. read more

I've known Dr Paul for almost 10 years. I was not his patient but my best friend and my mother in law were. I know he's really good Chiropractor in the area especially closed to my house. My friend has nerve injury, my mom has disc herniation. He helped them so much whenever we were in pain and that's all I know. Until now - 2024, I discovered I have bulging disc from my MRI result but I was so busy with work so I didn't receive any treatment. It got worst. I was in pain on 2/10/24. I couldn't walk, couldn't stand, couldn't wear my pants, my socks, couldn't sit, couldn't get in & out the car, couldn't lie down, etc. My friend told me all the time I need to go see him but I was scared. Hi guys! This review is long overdue. I've been coming to Dr. Chen for a few years now. He helped me so much adjusting my neck, back, and pelvis. He is soo gentle and I had instant relief. I was involved in a car accident awhile back and I didn't know my neck was misaligned. It took a few sessions with Dr. Chen and I'm good as new! Dr. Chen is legit and you guys have to give him a try. He's not shady like the other chiropractors out there. He takes insurance (you have to call your insurance to make sure he's in network) but he also takes all forms of payment. As far as covid precautions: this office is amazing. The staff is very friendly and everyone wears a mask. After each use of the table/equipment they sanitize all surfaces and if you don't have a surgical mask they provide you one! How great is that? If I could give Dr.Chen 10 stars I would. I have received therapy and treatment for my legs, upper back, neck, shoulder, arms, but most importantly my jaw. Having suffered severe TMJ for over a decade due to numerous blunt force injuries to my jaw joint, ER visits due to lock-jaw, I was considering flying to another country to fix my TMJ. I figured I had to live with the limited range of motion, extreme pain and sinus issues, and the inability to eat and speak properly.
