She said she would be sending us a contract with what we discussed. A few days later I get a letter stating a conflict of interest. BULLSHIT!! But they are contracted for services. I had an appointment - emails - phone calls while preparing my documents. The day before I was to come & sign it - I'm told " we're declining this service. We aren't going to get paid enough from your insurance. I get paid $400 an hour. A will is @ $1200" . really ? Like my dr who has a contract - you do accept services at a discounted rate. Why be on my providers list if you're not going to accept their payment. ? I have paid every month for years. The first time I decide to use their service & this happens. So unethical.
