Lenny and Cathy are very personable and gave recommendations for meals and charters in the area; they are incredibly accommodating, doing far more than expected to make everyone comfortable and feel welcome. We came in after a long day in NOLA to find laundry done, toilet paper and food restocked, and more mints by the bed like the night we arrived....we even had wine waiting for us upon arrival! Patrick was communicative before we arrived, ensuring he was aware when we would check in and offering to accommodate an early check in if available. Karma was wonderful, as well! We missed our first breakfast due to having a swamp tour. We were at to meet our bus for that at the time breakfast starts. I let Patrick know in advance and he said to remind them the day before, which happened to be our check in day. He said they could do eh sandwiches or something if we were OK with that. We agreed those sounded perfect - warm and portable on a chilly February morning. Karma had them ready for us in a little carry out bag, along with a couple surprises: warm banana bread slices, a fresh fruit cup (which was a perfect snack on the bus back from the swamp), some Sunny D, and some waters. It was all quite thoughtful and very tasty! The next morning we enjoyed praline French toast casserole, which was delicious but I couldn't finish it!
