Tyler is a very courteous, professional young man who was fast, efficient and informative. I am embarrassed to say that I had not had my dryer vent cleaned since I moved in back in 2010. He informed me that there was no airflow coming in or going out. Makes total sense as to why my clothes were not getting dry, not to mention the fire Hazzard I posed towards my home and the surrounding attached townhomes. Thank you Alpha Air Corporation for a job well done! I will be calling you a year from now for my next cleaning!

Their customer service receives 5 glowing stars. Swenson Heating and Air Conditioning installed my new furnace on one of the coldest days of the year. It was a two day process of measuring and installing, but they made sure I had heaters to keep me and my pipes safe through the night. A few days after the installation of the new furnace, I noticed that the fan was blowing continuously, so I connected with the company and someone came right out to deal with the issue. It was a quick fix and in the weeks since, I have not had any issues. Thanks to Swenson Heating and Air Conditioning, my home is now comfortably warm and I can live without the anxiety of furnace issues. I will definitely be trusting them in the future with my heating and air conditioning needs.

They sent out a guy right away who spent about 10 minutes looking at the unit before he determined it was not cost effective to repair, and my only answer was a new unit. I was charged $45, and promised that his brother would call to show me my options. The brother did call and we set up an appointment. A new unit would cost $3,000. There were two repair options, but the cost would be $1,500 to $2,000, and couldn't be guaranteed. Well I thought I better call someone else for a 2nd opinion before I spent $3,000. I did just that. A friend of a friend who used to do HVAC work agreed to come and check it out to make sure I really needed a replacement. Guess what - he replaced a small part and the AC unit has been working fine ever since. He charged me $150. I'll let you come to whatever conclusion you might.
