I used this travel agency for years. Spent lots of my hard earned money here and had many fantastic trips. The agent that I always booked with was very polite and patient. She would answer any question no matter how silly or insignificant they were. Unfortunately all the girls that worked in this office for years are gone now. The reason I am writing this is because a few months back I called the office and asked for the agent I always planned my trips with and I was told a story about why she wasn't there anymore. The lady on the phone was so rude and unprofessional that I was caught off guard and honestly shocked. I finally did find my trusted agent with a little help from Google. Come to find out the story I was told about the all the girls in the office leaving was not only a lie but it was the new owner, Eileen I think her name is, who answered the phone that day and acted so ignorant to me. Now I know why all of the amazing agents who use to work here are gone. This once was a great travel agency... not anymore read more
