Wow! I DO NOT GIVE FIVE STARS THAT ARE NOT EARNED. First, I'd been looking for a storefront sign company for a while. I've run into people who clearly wanted my money and the job but didn't want me to be the person they were making the sign for based on the way they talk to and treated me. I can tell you this they were not nice, and my money is too strategic for me to be spending it with people I knew didn't care about me or my project, I admit mines was a hard job, but I'm pretty easy to get along with so the two should have matched when I presented my work to others. But it's ok Because I ran into Bruce at Patterson signs...Did I already say...Wow! Yep, I did because this guy is warm, he loves his work and its clear. He talks about signs, the business and he's been around a long time, more than 30 years with proven work. He loves people and its clear too, he treated me and my husband with respect and dignity, he didn't say my colors weren't preferable (although he did say Violet was a first for him) and it turned out great. When it comes to signs it's some mean people out there, but when it came to my sign, Bruce wasn't one of them he was great. I was willing to pay more just to be able to have Bruce and his adorable son Matt do the work. It turned out beautiful, and for my future work I will only go to them, and I will only be referring to them just based upon how they treated me and my hubby.
