Seriously, this is basically a slap in the face, and I feel like I've been blown off by a doctor that has no idea what it's like to be suffering.

As nervous as I was being my first pregnancy- the Doctor put me to ease right away. He is kind, makes me feel comfortable and always answers my questions. Although he was off duty BOTH times I delivered my children, Dr Amankwah was the one who made sure I made it full term. The ladies in his office who help him are amazing and you can tell they enjoy being at work. I would recommend not only SDMG for your health needs, but specifically Doctor Amankwah as well.

She is so disrespectful does not know how to communicate with patients in a professional, kind matter. She thinks she owns this place and says what she feels like without checking with the providers. I've had a bad experience with her everytime I went there for the past few years. Her attitude and smart comments really bother me. She can't make appointments and has a terrible way of letting people know if it has to be changed like it's your fault. She tried to argue with me this morning that I transferred my records 2 years ago and I can't be seen there anymore. Which is not the case I talked to her this summer about making an appointment and they were booked out til next year so I didn't even bother.,I've never met a more rude person nor have I ever left a bad review in my life. But this really needs to be addressed and I know I'm not the only one who feels this way. But the providers on the other hand are great

For those who are using them for the birth of a child they enhance this special time in your life 10 fold! I had two of my children delivered by two of their midwives and my twins by their Dr. and every experience was beyond wonderful. I'm actually sad that I won't be having more children just because they made it so great and I will miss seeing them so often. :) They are great! I would recommend them to any women seeking the greatest birthing experience or for a comfortable and dependable OB/GYN for any other of your female needs.
