We had some access issues that, for myself, they fixed; that was not fixed for my wife and we had to bug them several times in the last week before our scheduled tax prep meeting. As first time clients, we relied on this office for guidance and accurancy, yet we experienced poor organization, repeated delays and avoidable mistakes. Even after re- filling, the process caused unnecessary stress and wasted a significant amount of our time. While the issues was eventually corrected, we were told there would be no refund no compensation, despite the significant time wasted and the clear service error. Overall service was unprofessional, involved poor communication, avoidable mistake and inefficient.
