I was so happy to have a tech in my city. On today, I returned for a filling and I was seated with a different employee that butchered my nailed. She changed my entire shape from coffin to uneven almond and round nails. I was so disappointed bc I didn't ask for a shape change. I informed her to that I wasn't satisfied and I could tell she was frustrated but the whole time she continued watching her show on YouTube bc she had her AirPods in her ear and kept looking at her phone. I requested to have Kiara correct and complete my nails (and she did an AMAZING job) especially having to correct someone else's mistakes. My length was shortened and my shape was changed without consulting/asking me first and I was highly disappointed but managements very grateful that Kiara was patient with me and had me smiling when I left. Great customer service goes a long way.

I was there to get my helix pierced and, to say the least, I was terrified of the potential pain. From the moment we arrived, all the staff were incredibly welcoming, polite, and friendly, greeting us with big smiles. We were walk-ins, and I was helped by Stephanie--who was absolutely amazing! She took the time to answer all my questions before the piercing, clearly explained the pricing, and was very meticulous about making sure her station was clean and ready. That was a huge relief because hygiene is a top priority for any piercing. What really impressed me was how thorough she was. She carefully examined my auricular veins to ensure the piercing wouldn't interfere with any major veins--this attention to detail made me feel so much more at ease. She even pointed out two possible placements for the piercing, giving me the choice. The actual piercing process took less than two minutes and was done with precision and care. Stephanie gave clear aftercare instructions and was happy to answer any follow-up questions. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and enjoyable. While I can't speak on their tattoo work, I can confidently say that my piercing experience at Harm the Karma Tattoo was fantastic. If you're looking for a clean, friendly, and professional place for a piercing, I highly recommend them!

This was hands down the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon…read more I walked in and the place was completely empty except for one customer. No one greeted me. I stood there awkwardly waiting while multiple employees sat around on their phones. Eventually, a man came out from the back and asked what I wanted. I asked for a full set and was told to sit down. I sat there waiting while three staff members continued scrolling on their phones and watching videos. No one acknowledged me. After the previous customer finished, one worker glued my nails on and then just walked away. Another girl came over to take over -- and proceeded to stay on her phone the ENTIRE time while doing my nails. She didn't greet me, didn't try to make conversation, nothing. Just asked what I wanted and then carried on with a full-blown personal phone conversation for 45 minutes. The quality of the work was terrible. When she asked if I liked them, I hesitated and said "um," and she snapped back, "What's wrong? That's what you wanted." The attitude was unreal. But the second it was time to pay, suddenly she wanted to act friendly and professional. Completely fake. The salon is empty for a reason. Employees sitting around doing nothing, terrible customer service, rushed and sloppy work, and zero professionalism. I hate my nails and I hated the entire experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Absolute waste of time and money.

I…read morecame in with four weeks of natural nail growth thanks to the dip power used in the beginning of September. I told the tech that I had wanted a fill-in for my natural nails using the dip powder. The tech began really well with first nail but then nicked me on the second nail. He then stopped filing and began removing the dip powder with a press on nail. That second nail was broken and the nail bed was completely damaged. He then continued with that method of ripping and breaking then went back to my pinky and tried to remove my natural nail with the press on. By then I was so overly done with the service I dad to just cut and file. Even that was horrible. I ended up having to file my nails myself in the car. Seeing that he didn't know the difference between fake and natural nails. I won't be returning. All the techs should be knowledgeable about their work/craft.
