I sat there waiting while three staff members continued scrolling on their phones and watching videos. No one acknowledged me. After the previous customer finished, one worker glued my nails on and then just walked away. Another girl came over to take over -- and proceeded to stay on her phone the ENTIRE time while doing my nails. She didn't greet me, didn't try to make conversation, nothing. Just asked what I wanted and then carried on with a full-blown personal phone conversation for 45 minutes. The quality of the work was terrible. When she asked if I liked them, I hesitated and said "um," and she snapped back, "What's wrong? That's what you wanted." The attitude was unreal. But the second it was time to pay, suddenly she wanted to act friendly and professional. Completely fake. The salon is empty for a reason. Employees sitting around doing nothing, terrible customer service, rushed and sloppy work, and zero professionalism. I hate my nails and I hated the entire experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Absolute waste of time and money.

I've been coming to Nail Techs since 2022. Today was the first time I've ever had bad service. I…read morecame in with four weeks of natural nail growth thanks to the dip power used in the beginning of September. I told the tech that I had wanted a fill-in for my natural nails using the dip powder. The tech began really well with first nail but then nicked me on the second nail. He then stopped filing and began removing the dip powder with a press on nail. That second nail was broken and the nail bed was completely damaged. He then continued with that method of ripping and breaking then went back to my pinky and tried to remove my natural nail with the press on. By then I was so overly done with the service I dad to just cut and file. Even that was horrible. I ended up having to file my nails myself in the car. Seeing that he didn't know the difference between fake and natural nails. I won't be returning. All the techs should be knowledgeable about their work/craft.
