From the moment we arrived, all the staff were incredibly welcoming, polite, and friendly, greeting us with big smiles. We were walk-ins, and I was helped by Stephanie--who was absolutely amazing! She took the time to answer all my questions before the piercing, clearly explained the pricing, and was very meticulous about making sure her station was clean and ready. That was a huge relief because hygiene is a top priority for any piercing. What really impressed me was how thorough she was. She carefully examined my auricular veins to ensure the piercing wouldn't interfere with any major veins--this attention to detail made me feel so much more at ease. She even pointed out two possible placements for the piercing, giving me the choice. The actual piercing process took less than two minutes and was done with precision and care. Stephanie gave clear aftercare instructions and was happy to answer any follow-up questions. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and enjoyable.
