When I arrived to the facility 15 minutes early, she was on time and ready to see me immediately. Given the urgency for which I felt I needed my skin tended to, this was so important for me. I was super impressed with the care and attention I received at my facial appointment from start to finish. Sabreen welcomed me in with a friendly smile. She took a look at my skin and helped me determine my skin type (oily, dry, combination), telling me the pros and cons on this type and what products are best suited for me. She was very tentative and thorough on explaining with detail what she was doing and what products she was using on my face. My skin needed a lot of work, and though I was embarrassed, she made me feel comfortable and reassured the entire time. She took careful care of all areas of my face and added on additional products that would be most suitable for me. I felt relaxed and at ease. I was pretty impressed with the final result. Sabreen did an outstanding job. From start to finish it was flawless. She was very kind, and knowledgeable of what she was doing. Just asked what I wanted and then carried on with a full-blown personal phone conversation for 45 minutes. The quality of the work was terrible. When she asked if I liked them, I hesitated and said "um," and she snapped back, "What's wrong? That's what you wanted." The attitude was unreal. But the second it was time to pay, suddenly she wanted to act friendly and professional. Completely fake. The salon is empty for a reason. Employees sitting around doing nothing, terrible customer service, rushed and sloppy work, and zero professionalism. I hate my nails and I hated the entire experience. Receptionist told me to come in and she would fix my lashes for me. I arrive minutes later to check in, wait a few and then be informed that she could not do my lashes then to come back hours later as if I'm on their time with my hard earned money paid. Then I informed them that I couldn't come back hrs later that I was leaving out in 2hrs to go out of town which is why I got the lashes done in the first place. Again, I was told that she was busy and when I came back to get them fixed I would have to pay another $50...Never TF again! I stopped getting my nails done here cus the nail would easily break & pop off in a short span of getting them done so I hadn't been here in about 2 years and now they won't have to worry about me coming back!
